No, I saw sumbul made it kn BB only and she didn't use ghee. She used whole lot of sugar only and rolled it.

I have been eating cheeni and malai Paratha for as long as I could remember, my grandmother used to make it alot, I guess somewhere from up gave them the idea.

Chini paratha is yum but that's not how we make it. We add the chini while making the dough so we don't add too much chini.
