Priyanka did not create it; cheeni ka paratha is a dish, if you are interested search on youtube and you will get the recipe video.

Yes sugar paratha is a thing, you put ghee and sugar..it's usually made for kids... probably sumbul made it for her sister during lockdown. Also sugar is not rationed in bb, so probably that's why they are making those

Chini paratha is quite common in North. Rajasthan side I guess 'shakkar rot' bolte hain.
