Sumbul's father spoke to her in front of everyone and exposed Shalin and Tina but Sumbul ignored it. Archana is not doodh ki dhuli..she's far from it but what she said to Sumbul wasn't wrong.
Sumbul couldn't take it that Archana was right and she shouldn't have told anyone and everyone about what happened in the audio and she also couldn't deal with the fact that Archana is right about her father.
What is there to expose shaleen? Shaleen always maintained distance and giving her hints that he is not interested in her. So far other than being rude to doctor and against Gautam , and his chicken rant .
