This seems to be what she does usually when she gets hyper - their reaction is proof of it that she does have the tendency to resort to self harm because in the promo posted by Opso, KK, Umar and Jai are the first ones to go to her and get the knife out of her hand once they realized it went out of control.

Even in BB 13 when Sana hit herself she got a good scolding from Sallu. This season apart from Affo, multiple instances where even Pratik has self harmed himself in anger and BB didn't do shit.

Well BB didn't do shit when there was actual bal ka prayog, toh yeh toh durr ki baat hai.

He is one of the biggest reason this season is boring..He doesn't fight with anyone nor he puts up his fight. Sabke samne okay okay ban jata hai. He always tries to difuse the fight rather than taking a stand for it.
