Umar has commented on daily soap ka hero , kaise woh log ghar pe beihte the n woh doc log bahar the corona kay time pe..

but for umar's kind information pichle der sal se daily soap ka heroes alag alag jagah pe , apne life risk leke kam kia and hume entertain kia.. he may not know it huge actor actresses had to suffer by corona ..

ha doc has given their life to save ppl no doubt, but equally daily soap actors also has sacrificed their life since 2 years by shooting to entertain us ..

i understand what umar had to face by simba , but from umar's side it was uncalled

He just wanted to give it back to simba because he keeps commenting on his career. He clarified this to jay.

n just becoz simba was wrong, not means umar will have to repeat it

His comment was unwarranted and in bad taste. I appreciate that he apologised once he calmed down and realised how he had looked down upon an entire profession just because he wanted to spite Simba.

At least he had the decency to admit his mistake unlike Simba who feels he did no wrong and would do it again in a heartbeat.

In agression ppl just want to give it back. No one thinks logically and how their words would be taken and hurt others.

Also during first pandemic only essential service was allowed. During second pandemic only tv actors worked. Difference between medical profession and other Essential service was health staff were dealing directly with patients and that too with limited infrastructure risking their own life.

Comparison of both the jobs have no relevance in BB. It was just in heat of moment umar said it. He didn't said before he was provoked.

doc atleast have protection but actors have to do without any protection and masks jiske bajase huge amount tv actors had to face corona..

again i am not comparing two profession.. definitely docs r superior than anyone but umar said about actors in demeaning way which was uncalled

May not be similar, we are probably out here comparing apples to oranges but that doesn't mean Umar can look down upon a profession especially when he has chosen to try his luck in the entertainment industry.

Doctors are doing what they can to help the people make it through this tough situation just like entertainers are doing things only they can to provide some relief to the public, in such tiring times.

Actors were in their bio bubbles and doctors were in their Personal Protective Equipment, doing their best to help the general public out.

His comment was uncalled for and thankfully he realised his mistake and made things right before Salman could come and crucify him for it.

In India, We had shortage of PPE kits and doctors were surrounded by COVID patients 24/7, they stayed away from their families for months

Umar’s comment aside, I am not getting the point where doctors were protected but actors weren’t considering the fact that whole crew was installed for actor’s safety on every set, these people wearing PPE kits cleaned every part of the set and equipment

Actors weren’t without protection, they didn’t do any public service by acting
