here divya came running at him with full speed pratik came in her way and blocked her then neha gave him a push and he slipped while taking divya down with him. you can clearly see pratik falling too.

karan on the other hand put pratik on headlock and threw him to the ground will full force on hard concrete while pratik was only trying to snatch away that paper.

You are missing the issue here, blaming pratik's past actions doesn't erase what kundra did, that was pure assault there is no justification for that.
