Jay clarified it in today's LF. He said that Pratik always manages to bring a loophole in the task and other stuff and ruins it for others. And Nishant defends him and saves him all the time. Like Nishant didn't nominate Pratik despite his faults just because he had already gotten scolded by Salman.

Now, yesterday during the task Jay didn't let Pratik make a single ticket. Jay was following him around, stopping him and all but still Pratik had 3 tickets to show. Even today, Jay didn't let Pratik make tickets again but then Nishant and Pratik were shown in a corner with a bunch of tickets in his hands. How did Pratik manage to make those tickets?!

This is what Jay wanted to bring out that Pratik plays unfair and ruins the tasks for other. This time Jay is ruining the task for Pratik and it is a challenge for Nishant that how will he save Pratik now.
