Should Rahul not have tried to stop Rakhi?

I dont understand what Rahul else should have done in this scenario. It was a task after all. If he did not even attempt to discourage Rakhi then he would most definitely be told by Salman that he is lacking in belief that he could be the winner and did not even try to compete in the task. Now that he tried to do the task and attempted to stop Rakhi, he is being told that he is overconfident. Really? Why would he let Rakhi or anyone go to the finale week and deduct prize money on top of that? I just dont understand. Because its him, everything he does in wrong in the eyes of some people. Its getting silly now.

what is his loss if Rakhi goes to the finale? Is he really scared that he will get less votes than Aly and Devoleena and the only way he could have survived this eviction was if Rakhi too was unsafe?

His loss is 14 lakhs if he ends up being the winner. He is not overconfident but does know he has a fair chance as well. Everyone from outside has said its between Rahul and Rubina. So why would he let the amount get deducted if he has a fair chance as well? His point was not to keep Rakhi unsafe. His point was solely based on the money getting deducted from winner's prize amount.

His Approach was wrong

People can put their points across.

Saying logo ki asliyut dekhnay ka task hay .bhai poor rakhi keep saying she needs money .

She wears same nighty for the last 2 weeks .

Unlike madam rubina who got few stylists werk wise

I dont think there was anything wrong in his approach. Aly was the one screaming and shouting. Rahul tried to explain everything calmly. By the end of the episode, he and Rakhi became friends again and started laughing and joking. He had to put his point across in the task otherwise Salman would say he did not show enough passion.
