Yess I like the choice of words Rubina had even when she was highly frustrated.She said ugly mouth woman in her place any one would say ugly woman etc etc and BCM pawn for wkw for ex look at jasmean she doesn't have hold on words when she was angry and that leads to ruin her image much lower than what had already done

Her childish giggles though annoying were at times cute but now she just can't let go. she looks totally evil with the heavy blush.

In my opinion she has got botox or maybe facial fillers. If you focus on her face, it's expressionless, specially her cheek area does not move at all.
