Khud se focus hatayega tab na will encourage any rivalry in the others? This "seniors" concept only works with people that are not petty, not all about themselves, and can do the job at hand.

Infact because of these seniors and their supposed rules I feel most of the contestants are still holding themselves back probably fearing backlash or something.
