Lol...i don't watch BB, and haven't watched the clip either, but how is calling someone fixed deposit abusive??? It's like a metaphor, like we call people safety net or sounding board etc. Just means they r their support system or in this case, the one person for Sid, who will always support him, when none do, just like how fixed deposit is seen as that backup that one can help you in times of need.
