Salman sees himself reflected in Shukla. This season he is his fave. Every season he picks his fave and then badly bashes whoever indirectly/directly is against his fave.

Sallu takes 200 crores to host the season. Maybe more. The highest paid contestant Rashmi is reported to have a contract for around 1 crore. Definitely NO ONE makes more than 2 crore.

If Salman leaves imagine how many BIGGER celebrities they can rope in if they increase contestant fees.

Warna think think think why the trps change every season. The TRPs would be constant na every season and every WKW if its FOR Sallu. No TRPs change on the basis of contestants and story line. No thanks to Salman.

The reason why I started watching big boss was because of salman. There are lots of episodes of the contestants that makes you angry and depressed but then Weekends come and salman puts me entertaining show and I feel like contestant listen to him because they are scared of him.

Which other A Lister would host the show?

Only Salman can deal with the social media outrage after every WKV, every damn season.

You could get a guy like Arshad Warsi to do it( best host ever) but then you lose your competitive edge and become one of the 10's of other reality shows like Splitsvilla.

This is a myth. Splitsvilla and BB has very different crowds. That is a couples show. BB is different. Khatro ke khiladi is different. Jinko KKK dekhna he woh dekhenge hi and that show is NOT running for Rohit Shetty or Akshay Kumar. Every show has its own USP because of which it sells. Host is not that important.

Bring Arshad warsi back or anyone else. Salman is doing more harm than good to BB RIGHT NOW

Social media outrage ka kya he. Just ignore. Anyone can do that. I don’t think he even reads the SM “outrage” or feedback.

More than being biased, I just dont understand why channel isnt taking Shukla's physical violence seriously ?

You have a point. If channel decides and “feeds” to salman who to support and who to go easy on then he is not really a host but just a puppet. And it will be the same story with ANY host.

But that is unfair because audiences/housemates believe everything that Salman says and think its him who is giving his OWN opinion. Ye toh fir saaf dhokhadhari he and makes Salman complicit. And makes him a fraud.

Yeah I think it's a myth that Hosts just parrot the lines given to them. They're putting their own head out there.

All the Bigg Boss hosts have been so different with how they've dealt with the contestants.

Arshad Mazak Mazak mein sab bol jaata tha and used to rip the contestants a new one but pyaar se.

Shilpa Shetty didn't say a word to anyone. Same with Amitabh Bachchan. They had to get Pooja Bedi ask all the tough questions and she was a cold blooded killer. No holds barred.

Sanjay Dutt was a phuski bomb. So camera shy.

Salman takes everything super personally & his BB blow ups are legendary. He's calmed down this season but when he loses It, he loses It.

Of course they get a script but what to say and not to say is up to them. It's their reputation on the line after all.
