BB is making a fool out of everybody. This is no extraordinary task and no person gets to skip even 2 weeks by winning this task.
We are already in the 12th week and obviously whoever becomes captain will become immune from next nominations and so would definitely go to 14th week. This a normal procedure in every captaincy task as the captain of the week gets the perk.
So it's normal task, just crucial as winner gets to go to semi-finale week. There is no special advantage added to it
