Police had same proof in terms of recordings as was case with Hansie. The problem was they were not authorized by the court or parties involved for recording and further DP did not seek permission from Maharashtra Police before arresting, these were some of the technical flaws.

Another question is why he did not challenge his ban on entering cricket field or other cricket related programs as Azhar had and got his ban lifted.

Though I agree in India a person is innocent until proven guilty in the eyes of law.

Which case is he acquitted and by whom? You can think anything. If he is ,he should file contempt of court against BCCI.

Decision of Division bench of Kerala High court restoring his life ban on international cricket.

"If our understanding of the approach of the learned single Judge is correct, then the 1st respondent being guilty cannot escape the punishment and it is not open for this Court to substitute its own notion of justice.

We thus find merit in this appeal. It is accordingly allowed. The judgment of the learned single Judge is set aside and the order of the BCCI stands restored.

On spot fixing the Supreme court has said

A bench headed by Chief Justice Dipak Misra said it understood Sreesanth's "anxiety" to play cricket, but would like to wait for the high court's decision on the appeal of the Delhi Police challenging the trial court order discharging the cricketers and others in the IPL spot-fixing case.

I don't know specifically about Indian law, but international law (UN) states that someone is innocent until PROVEN guilty. Trial without verdict= still innocent. So no, hence still NOT GUILTY.

Except it's not a trial. It's an appeal to remove overturn earlier judgements. He stands guilty as of now.

Somehow he has landed up in the show. Maybe for financial reasons or to show his true self to the world. But somehwere I do think he thinks the show and all the stupid tasks are beneath him. And he couldn't be bothered. Also he does hate loosing in cricket match its different its worth it to play for country even if u loose. So hes able to conquer the fear and compete. But he doesn't want to loose face for big boss tasks which he considers stupid. This is my reading of why he never shows interest in tasks.

Sree ne har ek task kiya except most luxury budget task. aur jo bhi task kiya.. he did perfectly..
jo luxury budget tasks mein Surabhi/Rohit/Deepak/Romil jaise logo ka poking kum hai.. wo bhi kiya..

There was a 5 minute clip in ED or uncut or something ..

Sree ne BB ko kaha raha tha.. ki usko license dedo freely task karne ka.. har baar wo log words se poke karthe hai aur Sree ne kuch react kiya tho sab chad jaathe hai..
Also wo jab task/sport kartha hai hype ho jaatha hai.. and wants to win.. but avoids kyu ki agar unknowingly bal ka prayog ho gaya tho .. sab usko hi blame karthe hai..

The case against him is based on weak circumstantial evidence with no conclusive proofs. The problem is that his case has been lingering on at various levels while the time is running out. For a cricketer time is of prime essence. Sree is already 35 and even if he gets absolved of all the allegations, you cant actually return the time lost and the reputation tarnished. This has made him bitter and disillusioned. If you snatch away some-ones most treasured possession without any justification, it will either make the person extremely quiet and withdrawn with helplessness or hyper and aggressive depending on the coping strategy their mind adopts based on their inherent nature.

Shee has obviously done something to be involved in this mess. police wouldnt just randomly arrest him
have u seen saurav ganguly's case. he too lost around 2 precious years of his life due to the unfairness with which that greg chappel treated him. the very same players whose career he saved by deciding to stick with them dint support him. he was made to feel unwanted. do u see him behaving this way.
leave alone being emotional or agressive, the way shree thinks so high of himself and looks down on others is the issue

good point you have decoded him properly. the thing that annnoys me most is he looks down on others. dint respect his friends who stood by him in the show. and his over possiveness of dipika is most annoying. sabko he thinks who is he, who is she

That was by the bench of Kerala sessions court. As I said the problem was more of following procedures and technical details in part of police than the evidence itself. Also remember in India the law for spot or match fixing is same as illegal gambling, which has a very paltry sentence hence the court never takes it up as a high priority.

The case never went to Sessions court but only before the Kerala high court.,Elsewhere I have put the verdict summary.
The case was only for lifetime ban.A single judge ruled in his favour but on appeal the division bench overturned the single judge order.I can post the entire verdict.
