Well written post Sachin.

I saw the iv of a cric coach ...he said fast bowlers have aggression aur wo inke bowling mein help kartha hai.

As u say .. No one can deny Sree's contribution and achievements.

All these Surabhi, Deepak, rohit, Romil can poke Sree and expect sree not to return anything ?

Sree is going good and doing well in bb game.

I don't know specifically about Indian law, but international law (UN) states that someone is innocent until PROVEN guilty. Trial without verdict= still innocent. So no, hence still NOT GUILTY.

I have closely persued his case and can safely say that he got embroiled in cricket politics along with Police hyper-activity to draw the attention away from the Nirbhaya case. The case against him is based on weak circumstantial evidence with no conclusive proofs. The problem is that his case has been lingering on at various levels while the time is running out. For a cricketer time is of prime essence. Sree is already 35 and even if he gets absolved of all the allegations, you cant actually return the time lost and the reputation tarnished. This has made him bitter and disillusioned. If you snatch away some-ones most treasured possession without any justification, it will either make the person extremely quiet and withdrawn with helplessness or hyper and aggressive depending on the coping strategy their mind adopts based on their inherent nature.

His arrogance is his defence mechanism to protect himself from prodding questions. He has created a wall of high-headedness so that people in the house cannot muster enough courage to ask him uncomfortable questions. Thats his way of distancing himself from them. But the contestants can still see his good side behind all this arrogant facade. They usually praise him behind his back and are quick to forget his follies. They infact missed him a lot when he was kept in the SR with Jalota. There is definately something special about him.

I think the case was absolved based on technicalities, hence he was acquitted? So the case is still persuaded by BCCI. Also the evidences were not as circumstantial.

Police had same proof in terms of recordings as was case with Hansie. The problem was they were not authorized by the court or parties involved for recording and further DP did not seek permission from Maharashtra Police before arresting, these were some of the technical flaws.

Another question is why he did not challenge his ban on entering cricket field or other cricket related programs as Azhar had and got his ban lifted.

Though I agree in India a person is innocent until proven guilty in the eyes of law.

You have perfectly decoded him.
He doesnt want to lose face or his self respect hence his behavior. I wonder if the housemates have been briefed never to taunt Shree on his case topic because even in the worse fights nobody dares to go there. I wonder if he has that as a clause before signing on for the show.

Regarding self respect he does respect others. And most of the time hes the reactor and not the initiator/provoker. Only if he feels he has been wronged he goes after people unlike say Surbhi or Rohit who just love to get reaction out of people. In Shrees case unless he feels he is being disrespected he prefers to stay in the background in his comfort zone with his sis Deepika
