I think it is far fetched to think Deepak knows about her teenage pregnancy and using it against her. I have not seen her discuss about this to anyone except the pandit ji and Deepak was nowhere around. And besides chaal chalan means conduct or character and a character means the mental and moral qualities distinctive to an individual. So going by what she's showing with all her antics they are commenting based on that.

Honestly, i don't blame Megha at all. Deepak has been poking women the most. Dipika, Shristhy (at one point), Jas (lots of comments on Gold Digger), Megha, Neha (regarding her and dipika's comments on Sree), Urvashi (treated her like crap). He's a lafanga. Deserves 10000 slaps.
