To maintain the discipline in the house , eviction of Shiv ashish was necessary.

Every contestant in every season has broken rules and BB taking partial decisions but one thing is clear which is BB words are ULTIMATE.

Once the decision is taken by BB nobody can disrespect it coz if you disrespect that decision then one doesn't have hold on any contestant and all the rules set by BB will be defied by everybody.

Surbhi spoke in English even after BB forewarned her but she would have been evicted if she would have continued speaking in English till the next call taken by Bb.

Here Shiv ashish was needed to go to jail for few hours but he did. BB warned, Shiv protested and never went inside jail .

Next day dawned but he never did enter jail. So now if BB wouldn't have eliminated him, it would have sent a very wrong signal to other contestants that it's ok to defy BB words as the only thing he would do is nominate them and popular contestants like Dipika, KV, Sree etc would get saved easily.

So they lead a life in BB at their own will which would have been wrong and so the need to eliminate Shiv was necessary

I dont think shiv was eliminated to set an example for other housemates about the consequences of breaking rules.

if shiv wanted to stay on the show, he'd have gone into the jail.

after his eviction was announced, didnt the little jig he did with rohit or srishti's laughter mean anything? the guy wanted to quit.

If a person does theft as he wants to go to jail, judge wouldn't consider the reason as why he did the theft and leave him. He would only see the crime which the person has committed and give the sentence accordingly.

The theif getting happy with the sentence as he got his desired punishment is not judges fault as he pronounced the judgement to set the record that theft is a punishable crime.

Similarly here also Shiv ashish getting happy with the decision is not BB fault as he pronounced the judgement to set the record for other contestants that his word is ULTIMATE and if it is not followed they will be thrown out of the house.

Surbhi was yoo man do watever u want , BB said Hindi bhasha mein baat kare n Surbhi was again I m breaking the rules BB I will talk in English do watever u can n elimination hota hai Shiv ka as he was not respecting BB.🥱

Maybe he dint know at first tht bb will eventually eliminate him . he tried to act too smart but his plan terribly flopped . So now wht else can he do but to cover up for the insult to be thrown out like tht , he will fake his laughter and all those gross stints to satisfy his ego. Complete popat ho gaya

Yes, it was very important for current and future contestants. Also tantrums of those contestants will be fulfilled who gives them trp not of some non-existent contestant. Therefore, Sree and Surbhi's tantrums are ignored to some extent.

Biggboss gives two hoots about their rules

Some of the rules are made so that the lives of hms could be made miserable/ to add extra masala

Bb very well knows rules r going to be broken n they have been gauging trp in the name of rule breaking

Kicking out shiv was not because bb cared for their rules

The main reason to eject shiv was because he was playing his game lately nd also being saved

He is not part of their so called scripted syllabus

So they have used this rule breaking topic for their shield

Agar example set karna tha to contract me waise likhte k rule break hone se u wud b kicked out but this was never the criteria of this hypocrite bb team

At the end- it was never for rule breaking. Bigg boss themselves twists their own rules every minute. Shiv's elimination was unfair to save bb's recently unofficial adopted kids the ever greatest happy club

Also by doing this bb is trying 2 create a buzz. Negative or positive they believe in publicity

Where the hell were bb when Surbhi broke the rules? She broke matkas, she scream bad words and did more stuff to, it is unfortunate for shiv he breaks a rule bb decides to kick him out.

But she did not keep speaking till the next day like Shiv ashish who never - ever did enter jail.
