Defying BB words for sometime like Surbhi and Sree keeps doing in anger is also not termed as breaking the rules.

But what Shiv did was indeed called breaking the rules. He defied BB words not for sometime after kaal kothri announcement but totally till the time he was there after that announcement.

Nobody likes going into jail so if a strict action wouldn't have been taken , shy would other contestants go there next time and if BB would evict them then , then we would have called it biasedness and bring this situation out immediately.

Moreover ig has always been seen that BB does bend his own rules for few contestants who gives them content but Shiv has not been doing anything in the show, so bending rules for him was not going to happen for sure.

I know shiv broke a rule so did Surbhi so Romil so did deepak so did Somi so did sree but shiv is a victim of all this

The thing is that bb is suppose to have rules for everyone however the rules only apply to everyone else other than sree and happy club

In season 7, Gauhar went out of the house with Kushal after he was thrown out for being physical with Andy, despite Bigg Boss telling her not to do so. She left the house on her own will. Next day she came back and ended up being the winner that season. Enough said.
