Shiv himself is the culprit .whatever be the reasons , seriously whatsoever...but what he did , he deserved it .

There are many personal grudge examples in past seasons too , but noone did what he did ..."disobeying the show" .

For the same reason BB didn't throw Surbhi out , she was breaking the rules in the same episode, was showing her Gundagardi to BB also , so audience has a right too to raise a voice against this injustice and biased behaviour of Bigg Boss

she was in lot of stress and was getting too emotional like sree does in every episode. So BB has every right to give them time to cool down. But shiv refused to follow BB in pure hoshoawaaz 😉
There is a big difference in sree/surbhi's outburst and shiv's behavior

Why wasn't Sree evicted when he refused to go to jail ?

Obviously the show is catering to him

Romil also didn't tell him to become a rebel and not follow rules. So many times people have been nominated/sent to jail because of personal beef.

Did Sree tell him to stop and go to jail? No. Everyone else told him to just go for now and raise the point but he didn't.

Don't blame Romil or Sree, Shiv thought he could get away with this kind of drama and he didn't.

Apparently he's playing BB. He refuses to go and makes a huge drama but eventually complies.

He plays smartly. If Shiv had eventually gone to jail, he would not have been evicted but Sree comparisons would still have been made.

Though Sree disrespects BB more than any other contestant and he never gets called out because he is "vulnerable"

Romil reasons for sending jail was all few weeks back, nothing of this week.. So shiv was right to take stand for himself...

Surbhi was creating more drama by breaking rules and challenging captain and BB, but then also surbhi name was not taken..

It was Romil who said jo galat hai woh galat and punishment milni chaiye and jail jana chaiye so then why shiv and not surbhi and deepak as both were wrong in the current week... When megha is selected then so deepak shud b as that argument and fight was between both and both were wrong..

Romil to save there members and to take revenge created all this drama and shiv paid for it..

Romil karma will hit happy club like so badly that u four people won't b able to cope up from this.. Romil is not winning this season for sure... He was evicted by public once only to be brought back by BB...

Yes blame HC for Shiv's decisions. He has been the only one in the house to be sent to jail unfairly.

Seriously? It was just jail. He could have raised this point during WKV instead he made it worse for himself.

Sree disobeys contestants and not BB. He eventually complies. He goes off gets angry, talks to camera and then comes back. Sree has always listened to BB & followed instructions. Salman told Shiv that Sree knows where the boundary lies & does not breach that.

Shiv was disrespecting BB & thereby Colors+ , Endemol Shine, they are not going to like it.

Very well put. Shiv in his ego trip , got all HMs nominated. The ones on eviction list are Surbhi, Somi, Megha, Rohit and not Sree, Dipika or KV . It's important for these to stay as long as they can. Shiv messed up for them
