I don't agree completely in this case Megha was targeted or bullied. Megha was looking for footage as Salman made her upset by telling her she is invisible.
It was Megha herself started it. She overreacted on Deepak's statement about her presence misunderstanding as her dress. She was screaming at Deepak and also made statements like jadhoo se maroongi, chappal se maroongi. She also took chappal in her hand and showed it to Deepak.
Megha was out of line first for making such statements and over the lungs angry reaction. It was very ugly behavior.
Romil joined later to get footage, when housemates realize that she is doing for footage. All female contestants starting from Deepika, Surbhi, Somi, Jasleen and Srishty tried to calm her explaining her that she was overreacting and making ugly statements. Her reaction was not justified for someone teasing her. She can also give it back instead of making it ugly.
Megha was the one who started ugliness first. Deepak and Romil did not make it ugly.
It looked like Megha just tried to capture a well calculated reactions on Deepak for footage.
She brought it on herself by overreacting and hitting Deepak with unpleasant, nasty statements.
P.S: Yes, Megha was bullied. But she crossed the line first by making it ugly.
