Also I wouldn't buy the excuse that he has no choice but to laugh at Salman's attic. Sorry, one's self respect is in one's own hand. Last season the first time Salman had tried to make snide remarks about Shilpa n Vikas being a couple, Shilpa had told Salman to stop it. And that's how it should be. If you don't even say it, but show your disapproval through your expressions, that would stop anyone, even Salman, especially as it's being aired.
Not only that even Dipika is very reserved in her interactions with Salman when she perceives she is being made fun of - like she will laugh but it won't be like over the top.
I think they know one another, he even came last season as a panelist so there is no bad blood as such.
