Does this one lack of fortune justifies someone who steals, lies or even trashtalk?

Or just because someone is poor does that mean its the fault of particular rich person? If someone who is rich but did hardwork to get his money does the poor person have all the right to say disrespect all those hardwork just becoz they dont share the same fate?
