I agree re sanchalaks, but sanchalan by nature demands fairness - that is the purpose of it, and while the (mostly ridiculous) tasks BB sets makes complete fairness impossible, I think the test is to see how fair and sensible the sanchalak can be under the circumstances. Most fail horribly 😆, and then you have the likes of Kriti and Rosh who needed a dictionary definition lol.
Tasks, though, should be designed more to challenge the dynamics I feel, rather than characters - those will come out (or not) by default. They also, if it's a decent task, highlight performance, intelligence and capability levels. They should also be entertaining. Tasks in the past seasons (4-9 IMO) have been so - some fun and entertaining, others creative and well-designed to challenge the contestants. But of late, barring a couple, it's all this hair cutting and sacrifice and torture - the creativity just stops there. Where do people have to use their brains? Other than think about how to win without looking bad - but that's a staple anyway.
Tasks have been so disappointing since the last couple seasons, and there is so much interference and shaping of the narrative, nothing seems to happen organically anymore. And that is why the fights look forced and unnecessary cheekham chilli. I doubt the creativity is going to start flowing again anytime soon, but still hoping and watching this pretty unwatchable show 😆.
