Actually there was a meme beyond a month back where hm's were compared to classroom students and Kamal sir as class teacher.

So in that episode, Kamal sir got angry and decided not to talk.So immediately Snehan and VP said sorry like how the first benchers in a class room will immediately say sorry when class teacher thretens to walk out😆
