well from what i found, it is basically quite simple, u need finance - i have that, u need to make a plan of what type shows u want to braodcaste - easy Bhaskar Bharti, u have to make a schedule - easy 24/7 Bhaskar Bharti, u have to advertise ur tv channel - easy, Akky and me have a pr company, we love advertisin
