Armaan vs. OK, both Mr Loser

What is a difference between Armaan's and OK's personalities?

OK: difficult to understand or live with…

He wants his whole family to stay together…but on his terms

He claims he loves Bharti but in his own style as long as she doesn't argue and of course on his terms

Bharti got burned; he didn't even ask her how she is feeling

Armaan: I would call him Mr. Loser

He loves Bharti…but doesn't trust her and gave up his love to Ok so easily and that too without confirming if OK is telling truth or not

He cares for Bharti…but wants her to tolerate all non-sense that his family is doing to her by telling her…"don't worry slowly everyone will understand her"

He speaks up…but doesn't take any firm stand…like he doesn't want to stay with Ok and family. But doesn't have stomach to take a firm stand

So who is really Mr nice for Bharti…Armaan or OK. I think both of them have similarities. If OK is hurting Bharti, Armaan is also not helping her. Neither of them are worth for Bharti or are Bharti's Perfect Man .

I seriously don't want Bharti to marry Armaan, they should stay as friends or share some cute moments only. I want her to complete all 9 gunns and become Bhasker and marry Payal.

really then what about Arbi yaar. dont say that.
armaan is not fighting for her becouse he think that bharti is his bhabhi.
but he cear about her and allways stand fo her.
he should belive her. i agreed hare but he is not beliving her and i think armaan is the only person how deserv bharti.
any way at this setuation i would say that how ever will take bharti out of this hell that person deserv her. if armaan help her she should be his.
but if payal help her then bharti should become bhaskar and marry payal
lets see what happend. but omkar is definatly not in the list

Aww no don't say that I love ArBi...
Agreed that OK is a pyscho and one can't really expect anything from him but Armaan still cares for her..there was a time when I hated him for letting Om marry Bharti but he does care for her..
I agree with you that Armaan should help Bharti and take her away from these crack-pots but I still hope that ArBi will come together..
That's my view..:)

I am disappointed with Armaan. Even though I like seeing ArBi together (they do look good couple), but he never really take any stand for her. Rather then telling her to fight against the cruelty, he is telling her to tolerate this.
He is not even fighting for his own rights.
One part of my heart wants to see ARBi togtehr but other part is saying "are you crazy". Armaan is not her Perfect Man...unless he proves himself.
I would like to see Bharti using "Shakti roop" on OK and Bua.

I agree with you. Both OK & Armaan have deep similarities, they both share the same traits, the same characterstics. The only difference is that Omkaar is more aggressive in his expression, and Armaan is more of a calmer personality. But the most distinct similarity between them is that neither of them have a spine. Being aggresive and loud is not equivalent to being strong.

It is very difficult to break away from a dysfunctional system and lead your life in a different path, it requires alot of courage and strength. Today I noticed how deeply woven Omkaar is with his family. He simply cannot tolerate one member trying to break the ties from the family, and will do whatever he can in order to keep the family 'together', even if it means suffocating someone to death. He is insecure to an extent that he can excercise his control as a male if need be, to hold the ties together and pretend that they're 'one big happy family'.
As for Armaan, he did break away from his family in the past, and he deserves due respect for doing that, but what he is doing now has made me disrespect his character completely. What right does he have to push Bharti further into a family she doesn't want to be in ? What right does he have to say, 'Ab yehi tumhara parivaar hai Bharti', when he himself doesn't want his daughter and him to live in that house ? So basically, you do want to escape this system, but in order to do that, you must stomp over some other human being and shove her into the well. Kudos, Armaan.
You're right; He's not taking a firm stand. When you truly love someone, then the least you can do is stand up for them when they need you, and by not doing that, Armaan has proved that his love for Bharti is not real. How any human being can sit through the entire ordeal without saying anything is beyond me. He loves her when he wants to, and abandons her when he's fed up. How convinient. I know that he's baffled by Bharti's lies, but heck how does he know that Bharti is lying and his brother is not ? Simply because Omkaar is his brother ? Has he even made an effort to try and find out the truth ?
Bharti has accepted his flaws too. He has doubted her innumerable times in the past, but she has always trusted him, always turned to him for help, always genuinely cared for him. Which woman would put her own life at stake for a stranger's daughter, only to recieve more flak in the end ?
This is a huge let down, it's like a huge bubble being burst in your face. Walk out Armaan; but remember that you just screwed someone else's life.

Guys, read my post "Nov 18 episode from setindia:. Armaan will try Bharti to fall in love for OK, so that OK becomes a nice man....now I really don't like Armaan......so I dont think we will see ArBi cute moments.
Neetz, I agree with you. I am losing all the respect for Armaan now....he is like his brother...family means everything to him then Bharti....that is why I don't want Bharti to end up with Armaan any more....she is better off being Bhasker and with Payal or with Geeta.

Ok does care as long as Bharti doesn't argue.....which she is going to do now...remember KK said "you have to keep patience that is one of the gunn".
where as Armaan is completely selfish...he doesn't want him or his daughter to be part of that family....but pushed Bharti in this mess....now he wants OK to fall in love with Bharti so that due to Bharti's love , OK beocmes nice man.......AGAIN he is still thinking about Ok, his brother and for Bharti.....

@neetz. you made such a good point that never occured to me before. he wants to escape his family and protect his daughter from their ways, yet he sends the love of his life deeper into that pit of hell and torture... exaggeration i know, but only slighty. i agree armaan is flawed. he does have trust issues...he sort of lacks it! but he has been hurt, his first wife left him. and to armaan the marriage doc. was proof. he cannot do a whole lot more. he is helpless. but if you notice, slowly he is defending bharti and standing up for her... as much as he can as a devar. he looks sooo angry whenever anyone shouts at her or accuses her. i get where you are coming from, he disappointed me too, but i have faith in arbi. they will grow closer and armaan will help her more. i have faith that arbi will be re-united in the end. and he may not be perfect, but i think armaan is perfect for bharti. they love each other deeply, more than they know and they are made for each other..

@3020176 - Armaan's equal fault does not make Omkaar any less guilty. The way he treats Bharti, not even a wild animal deserves that kind of treatment. He doesn't 'love' Bharti or 'care' for her. Her constant denial and defiance are a major bruise to his male ego, which he obviously cannot take. Moreover, In backward small towns, a wife is considered as 'parivaar ki izzat', and henceforth, needs to be a part of the family for the world to see.
@*Sohana*Singh* - As much as I hate to admit, I do have hope for them too, but I don't know how much I want them to end up together. Armaan has failed Bharti completely. But I do hope that he gets a spine and redeems himself soon.
