Awesome editing in this show!

I love the way they're doing the editing in this show! Especially the way they show the flashbacks! I thought it was such a great touch in today's epi when they showed Armaan growing thoughtful after Bharti tells him she's going for dinner with Raichura and they time Armaan's flashbacks about Raichura to the swinging of the door in front of him.....it was really good!

And then even the other little bits where they'll freeze and move some shots in time to the beat of the bg music....really good stuff!

I've recently had to endure some HORRIBLE editing in another show I watch😆 and this is a veryyyyyyyyy welcome relief to actually see some classy, professional editing👏👏

ya..i feel tht it gives a new taste to the show..its definitely great...and makes the show different from teh typical Ekta editing..where its like DHANN DHANNN like 500 times...so yeh..i def. like the newer look in terms of editing.

I think the mark of a good editor is that they add to the show and enhance the story, rather than just being a liability. BB is one such case, as Anu pointed out, where editing is used very proficiently. One of the two good examples of this in today's episode was when Gyaan/Raichura are planning on one side, and Bharti/Payal on the other. The scene was cut to show Bharti/Payal correctly predicting what Gyaan/Raichura were planning, which added a different dynamic to it rather than if we'd just seen Gyaan/Raichura scheming and leeching alone. The other example being the end of course, where Bharti's panic and anixety is just perfectly depicted by the chunky, fast editing with that background music, which builds up suspense and tension for the viewer too. In both cases, the editing ADDED to the scene rather than just being done out of neccessity.

All in all, it's good to see a show where editing is utilized properly, for purposes other than putting the viewer to sleep with 54603234 shots of every member of the family, or giving heart-attacks with the DUN-DUN-DUNNNNN bg.

lmao..ya... mann.. honestly..dont u guys just get sick of the typical Ekta shows..where like 80% of the show is taken up in zooming in and out...showing different colours of the same image..and having hte intense music playing again and again for like more than half of teh episode..i honestly give up after a while!...lol
