Hey guyz! Thanku so much for all your likes and comments. I have decided to continue this ff so here is the update :D
"ajabde? Ajab..." pratap realized that ajabde has dozed of while sitting in his lap.
He smiled seeing his wife looking so content and beautiful. She fit perfectly in his arms as if she was made for him and yes she was!
He picked her up in his hands and placed her on the bed. Then very quietly sat besides her staring at her lovingly. His hands twitched to touch her flawless face so very lightly caressed her face.
He knew she was the most kind hearted and forgiving woman and she forgave him just like that but he could never forgive himself and never would. He'll make it up to her for the rest of his life.
Unknown to pratap a tear had made its way out of his eye and on ajabde's hand which awakened her.
"pratap" she said opening her eyes confusion written all over her face as to how she came on the bed.
"shama kijiyega humne aapko jaga dia" said pratap apologetically
"nahi, nahi koi baat nahi" said ajabde getting up
Ajabde-"aap kuch pareshan lagre hai"
Pratap-"pareshan? Hum toh khush hai bhaut ki hum ab aapko chittor leja sakenge.
"han khush toh hum bhi" said ajabde with a huge smile
Ajabde-"chaliye bahar chalte hai, sab intezar kar rhe honge humara khaane ke lie"
Pratap-" haa chaliye"
As they went to the dinning hall everybody was already seated and having their dinner.
Pratap sat as well while ajabde started to serve him food happy to do her duties as a wife.
Hansabai-"ajabde, aap beth jaaiye khana daasiya paros dengi"
Ajabde-"nahi maa theekay hum baad..."
Pratap-"ajabdeh, aap beth jaaiye or bhojan kijiye, hansamaasiji shi ke rhi hai"
"han han bhabhiji aap beth jaaiye dadabhai ko aapke saath bhojan karna hai, itne dino baad toh mauka mila hai" said maanbai teasingly
Ajabdeh blushed and sat quietly besides pratap and both had their dinner.
