You've summarised the episode beautifully.
I was getting tired of the show because of the MU but thank the lord that was cleared today and that too in style. It was deja vu for the audience but this time with Ajabde being in the driving seat.
MP was perfect tonight because today Pratap got a taste of his own medicine and nothing could have given me greater satisfaction than what we saw. He was adamant a AJABDE was wrong and she was the cause of all his trouble. He did not allow her to present her stance and showcase her innocence because he was told she was guilty henceforth she had to be guilty. Today that is precisely what we saw, Ajabde was adamant Pratap was guilty and she did not want to listen to reason despite there being someone to justify Pratap's behavior, ie her own brother. She gives his, her own oath to shut him up and continues with her accusations. It was perfection as that is exactly how Pratap had treated her.
Like you said, she felt betrayed because she had truly trusted this stranger who has quite literally back-stabbed her in her mind. The way she takes out the sword to finish him off (had me cracking up too😆- Uff wonder how their love scenes will be, will there be sword SR kya?😳😆) She repents ever trusting him, she states it was her biggest mistake.
Pratap is hilarious, when he is misunderstood, then per him one has to sit down have a cup of chai and then discuss the matter! #KuchBhi Being called a traitor had him raging and yet he believes he has every right under the sun to call her a traitor? Seriously Pratap has hormonal imbalance, its being proven over and over again!
She was adamant to show him who was boss tonight, it was her soldiers, her pride, her people. She was their mother and today her children were attacked by a man she had entrusted to protect them.
The fire in AJABDE's eyes were ever so visible, well done to Rachana. Now the real fun will begin! I can finally state am looking forward to the show!😆
To finish it off:
"Vile and ingrate! too late thou shalt repent
The base Injustice thou hast done my Love:
Yes, thou shalt know, spite of thy past Distress,
And all those Ills which thou so long hast mourn'd;
Heav'n has no Rage, like Love to Hatred turn'd,.
Nor Hell a Fury, like a Woman scorn'd" (Congreve:The Mourning Bride)
