The newly weds are left alone for sometime, ajabde says that its weird that they have a lot to talk about but now when they have given time they have nothing to talk, she dn't know from where to start, pratap asks to start first, ajab agrees, pratap goes n knocks the window, ajab was confused what was he doing, chakri came n open the window n greets Ajabde calling her bhaujai sa (bhabhi). Pratap comes back holding a havan kund in his hand. He lights fire and she is getting confused by every passing second.
Pratap lights fire n asks ajab that she has given him vows during wedding now he wants her to give some vows again, keeping in mind that he has dedicated his life for the motherland, he's not just her hubby, she understands his meaning and puts the gathbandhan stole around his neck.
Other side, DB keeps her hand over a lamp with Jagmal witnessing it. She swears to make Jagmal Mewar's king in future. There, Pratap offers his hand and Ajabde keeps her hand in his. He starts the first phera, he ask for the 1st promise, that, ajab will consider their country n people above anything, he'll not compromise with tht, ajab gave the promise.
Other side, DB vows to bind Pratap in dharma in duties. she will put him in situation like that of bhishma of mahabharat that he'll not able to do anything, there, 2nd promise, pratap ask ajab to not interfare in his duties n also never let anyone come between in fulfilling his duties.
Other side, DB wants to end Pratap's support, she will make him all alone, there , final promise, pratap says that for him his country comes first then his rani maa n now ajab will take the 3rd place, he wants her to respect that, She promises to respect it forever. They share an eye lock. He remembers his Rani Ma's words that their ancestors n god's blessings is with him thats why he got ajab as his life partner.
Ajabde too wants a promise from him. All his decisions (in life) should never be taken on a personal level, he must think about the society on the whole. He smiles. Taking her hand in his, he promises her with all his heart. It will always be based on we the people, for the people motto. They both smile.
There DB says that she'll not kill pratap but will defeat him, He can become the biggest warrior but she know that his life depends on his people, his loved ones,she will snatch everything from him, including his Rani Ma and his Ajabde, she will hurt him badly that he will be forced to leave his dharma, she wants that if there is some mention of someone after Rana Uday Singh in history then it should be Jagmal.
Pratap knocks on the window again and Chakrapani takes the havan kund from him. he turns and finds Ajabde in tears. He starts laughing hysterically. he says that its just have been few minutes n she's already crying, what if rani maa saw her like this, he wipes her tears n ask her the reason, She shares how she was feeling while exchanging promises with him. he's a man of principles, its really big thing for her to get him as life partner, pratap intentionally ask her to repeat it as she never appreciates pratap, it takes so much effort for pratap to hear some word of appreciation from her, she starts smiling and he wishes that she always continues to smile like this only. Phool tells Ajabde to stop smiling right away. it is time for your vidaai. Ajabde gets emotional.
JB remarks that VB is looking really beautiful and she blushes looking at herself in the mirror. A daasi comes to tell them that the wedding is complete. Vidaai preps are going on there at this very moment. JB gets happy and gives her a gold ring as the gift. VB wants to help her in making preps for the newlyweds welcome. JB nods. They come to vinayak puja room from where the welcome cereony will starts n was shocked to see the decorations.
Ajabde wants to touch Rawat ji's feet but he tells her not to as a girl never touches her uncle's feet. She talks about he has given her so much love in such a short span. This is just a way to show my gratitude. Rawat ji gets emotional. He tells Pratap to make his wife understand, he's not used to all these emotional talks or tears. Pratap tells Ajabde to meet her parents.
Ajabde meet her HB, she was trying to hide her tears n starts talking about her jwellery n clothes, ajab stops her n says that with her efforts her wedding was a success now she should rest, hb says that how can she rest bcoz now if ajab will come to her she's not their daughter but kuwrani of mewar, amanat of pratap, both gets emo n hugs each other.
JB and VB are surprised to see that the preps are on in full swing. DB comes there with a few daasi's. She instructs them to do some work and answers JB's query about the preps. DB finds VB overdressed for the occasion. JB says that like her she's also very happy for pratap, DB things that she'll ruin her happiness n also of ajab's.
