I have been watching Ajab de and compared to phool I have always liked her. Just like out of elders jaiwanta bai is my favorite but I like Sajja bai also. This is y I say I think Rachana would be gr8 fit. Next it is not final and 3rd trust cvs. Keep an open mind.

Honestly Jyo...I really wish the best for the show...for the sake of all the hardwork our kids put sofar and the CVs too...it shouldnt go waste...and most importantly for MP's story...

I really wish the new cast to do well - and atleast shakti and rajshree and all are still there...if as a team all perform well...maybe people will accept them...

whether we accept them or not, is a different matter altogether, waise bhi IF ki junta is not even 0.1% of the TV junta watching the shows...so humari opinions ki kise padi hai😕

Ok some clarifications -

we all know leap is a necessity - even more so in a historical...fiction shows take leap just to spice up stories and trps...historicals take leaps, coz they have a "bound" story to tell...and show taking leap is not a problem...they have to move ahead and we were all preparing for it, since the first article that came out right in March itself...

and there have been times when many of us were frustrated with dragging and fictionalizing of story to such extent that we have wished the story moves to leap and then the right direction and historical facts...

so I hope that misconception is clear...we are not upset with "leap" but "casting"...

second - Nobody is bashing Rachna here...or her previous body of work...she may have been good...I found her decent from whatever scenes I saw...but there are certain expectations when we think of ajabdeh in the head...m not able to reconcile them with her at the moment...it could be coz I am so used to watching Roshni for last 6 months...or bcoz m a total phangurl of ajabdeh...but sometimes when u love a character too much, u just know from within whether a particular actor/ actress will suit it or not...its just an opinion - I dono why all the views expressed here by people on Rachna who have been watching ajabdeh is being considered as bashing? there will be opinions - even if it is just on look test...this is IF yaar...yahaa pe har cheez pe discussions hoti hai😆 its a discussion forum after all😆

having said that I wish Rachna all the luck...hope she does well...for the sake of my love for ajabdeh and for the sake of all the hardwork Roshni put in sofar and till her stint in MP...

well really you think clarification work anytime??..people just think what they wanted to think..asking for open mind..do you tell me what is open mind stand for??😕

I just hope Rachana Parulkar bags this role... She iz really amazing... N I can promise u all tat no 1 can fit better than Rachana 4 this role... I just hope she cums back on television... Longing 2 watch her...

yeh kiya karsakte hain..lets leave the issue hiriye...lets enjoy baccha's for now😛 abb kuch hii dinoon ka mehman hain baas😆

Exactly Momo. People are not looking them in place of characters but as individual actors who are playing the roles of a new serial. but thats not the case... ! The impression that Roshu leaves behind, Rachana has to carry from there... So from that POV, she is not looking so convincing... nor is Sharad. If Sharad and Rachana had started the show from start,... then I guess we could easily accept them.. but we already have the impression of the child actors beforehand... Anyways, I really doubt anyone would listen to our side.

Another thing Ajabde was just 2 years younger to Pratap. That age gap should not show in case of Sharad and Parul. Yeah, I know Photoshop works wonders.😆 We should rely on it then.

Still, I guess I should give a benefit of doubt,for post leap. I hope this jodi works out. I am already praying.

So Rachana is being considered fr d role in MP !! Dats awsum newz !! Rachana is superb n talented actress.. Undoubtedly she will do full justice to her role !! Lookin forward to d day wen she appears on show.!!

hello mp wasiyon i understand perfectly the dissappointment n hurt u guys feeling, personally experienced it in prc time, it was the first show i got attached too n hated when young cast were replaced with elder leads

n again now in ema when our favs got replaced without any good reason so we guys understand n sympathies with ur pain

n it always takes time for the new cast to be accepted but to bash smone on basis of color is just not right think abt it, in our hurt n disappointment lets not fall to such extent

we find rachana to be a good actress but u guys hvnt seen her so its perfect for u all to hv doubts on her but pls lets while criticising don't forget to be good humans
