People...update no.6 is here...here starts my favourite part of the story...i was going to update this on monday but doing it 2 days earlier...u'll soon get to know the reason...okay...so inspired by Bohni...from now on...i'm going to call each part a 'chapter'. I am so sure u all are going to love this part...and these super update comes with a bad news...but first enjoy reading!!! :)

Till now: Ajabdeh does everything to save Pratap. After three days of Pratap's unconsciousness, Rana Udai Singh and Maharani Jaivantha bai come to meet him in Bijolia and he finally wakes up. Ajabdeh is not introduced to them and the credit for saving Pratap's life is given to Phoolkanwar by Rao Mamrakh. Pratap's friends tell everyone the truth and all the care and concern that Ajabdeh has shown toward's Pratap in the last three days. Everyone is awestuck to hear the truth, but Pratap is spellbound beyond limits. He is busy with his thoughts when a dasi comes into the room.

Chapter 6

"Khamma gari. Baujiraj ke liye kadha laye hain." said the dasi.
"Kadha, kaisa kadha? Kisne bheja hai aapko aur kyu?" asked Pratap.
"Vo baujiraj, Ajabdeh bai sa keh rahi thi ki aapka hara vala kadha khatam ho raha hai. To ham aur banakar aapke kaksh me pahuncha de." answered the dasi.
"Theek hai, yahan rakh dijiye." ordered Pratap. As the dasi refilled the stock of the kadha, Pratap went on wondering. He had absolutely no words for Ajabdeh. She had done so much for him, so much. How could anyone do this much? Not even his friends did what Ajabdeh had done for him. How could he ever repay her? And where was she right now? All these questions were revolving inside Pratap's head when Chakrapani spoke, "Dekha baujiraj, kitna dhyan rakhti hai Ajabdeh bai sa aapka?"

Here, while Pratap's thoughts about Ajabdeh were not ending, there in the girls' room, Ajabdeh thoughts about Pratap were not ending, nor was Phool's make-up or talking. As she went on chattering to the air about random things, Ajabdeh was remembering her time spent with Pratap. She was involuntarily smiling to herself, when she remembered that it was time for Pratap's medicine. She quietly stepped off the bed and went out of the room toward's Pratap's room, with nobody noticing her.

There in Pratap's room, as others went on appraising and complimenting Ajabdeh, Pratap was totally speechless. Hansa bai continued with the session, "Aur nahi to kya, Ajabdeh hai hi aisi. Puri jaan laga deti hain. Aur shrey kabhi nahi leti. Aur to aur, jab se aap achet hain Kunwar Pratap, Ajabdeh ne to sabse milna, baat karna hi chod diya hai. Apne me hi magan rehti hain. Pata nahi kya ho gaya hai unhe. Yahan tak ki unhone ann-jal ko haath bhi nahi lagaya. Hamesha kehti rehti hai ki hamara man nahi hai, ya hame bhook nahi hai, ya hame nahi jaana. Kisi ki bhi baat nahi maan rahi."
Pratap was at loss of words, as well as reactions. He did not know what to do. Even if he fell on Ajabdeh's feet for this, it wouldn't be enough. Ajabdeh wasn't just his friend now, she was a goddess, who had given him a second life. He could never thank her enough for whatever she had done for him. But he couldn't even stay without thanking her. "Hame abhi isi samay Ajabdeh se milna hai." he demanded. And what a coincidence, Ajabdeh had just at that moment reached outside Pratap's room for his medicine. But before she could enter, she was stopped in her tracks by a deadly voice.
"AJABDEH...!!!!!!!!" Rao Mamrakh had just arrived at that precise moment. "Kahan jaa rahi hain aap?"
"Vo...vo...vo...dada...Kunwar Pratap ki aushadhi ka samay ho gaya hai. To ham..."
"Aapko andar jaane ki koi aavashyakta nahi hai. Andar bahut log hai jo Kunwar Pratap ko aushadhi de sakte hai. Kuch bhi shubh kaam kiya hai aapne aaj tak? Bahut sajke-saawarke aayi thi na us din, aur dekha kya ho gaya? Vapas laut jaiye, ABHI!!!" Ajabdeh couldn't control her tears. She was worried about Kunwar Pratap. Nobody inside the room knew about his medication schedule except for her. What if...what if they gave him the wrong medicine? She could only pray that Pratap would be given the right medicine because there was no point in arguing with her father, he won't let her in. He won't even let her touch the door. But fortunately, this conversation was not private. Beacause of Rao Mamrakh's loudness, the conversation was clearly audible to all the members inside the room. As soon as Pratap heard Ajabdeh's name, his eyes widened withvoice, he was so happy, his happiness crossed everyone else's. Outside, as Ajabdeh turned to leave, she was completely surprised when she heard Pratap's voice, "Ajabdeh? Ajabdeh aap bahar hai na? Ham jaante hain aap bahar hain, Ajabdeh. Bheetar aa jaiye. Ajabdeh..."
Ajabdeh was so surprised, "Kunwar Pratap? Kya hamne abhi Kunwar Pratap ka swar suna? Kunwar Pratap apni chetna me aa gaye? Sachchi?" she could not believe it and she quickly opened the door to Pratap's room and ran inside, actually forgetting that her father was still there. As soon as she reached inside and saw Pratap with open eyes, looking and smiling at her, her smile crossed her ears. Her eyes were filled with tears of happiness. She joined her hands and said, "Eklingji ka koti-koti dhanyawad. Kunwar Pratap sachet ho gaye. Dhanyawad Ekling ji, bahut, bahut dhanyawad." And then she literally ran towards Pratap's bedside. "Kunwar Pratap, Kunwar Pratap aap uth gaye. Hame to yakeen hi nahi ho raha apni aankhon par...Kunwar Pratap...Kunwar Pratap aap baithe kyu hue hain? Aapka ghav abhi tak nahi bhara hai. Kitni peedha hui hogi aapko. Aapko bethna hi tha to hame bula lete, ham sahayata kar dete, aise kaise khud baith sakte hain aap? Abhi aap purn roop se swasth nahi hue hai..." She was going on and on, without a full-stop. Pratap opened his mouth to let Ajabdeh breath, "Ajabdeh...shant ho jaiye. Ham bilkul theek hain. Hamne le li thi sahayata."
"Arre, aise kiski sahayata le li aapne? Yahan kaun..." she turned her eyes around the room to tell Pratap that no one else was there in the room, but she came face to face with Jaivantha bai. She had actually forgotten that there were others present in the room. "Oh..." she muttered. She bent down to touch Jaivantha bai's feet. Jaivantha bai gave her blessings. When Ajabdeh again stood up, Jaivantha bai said, "Aap, Ajabdeh hai na?"
Ajabdeh responded, "Ji. Vo hame shama kijiyega, hamne aapko dekha nahi. Vo Kunwar Pratap teen din ke bad sachet hue hai, to unhe aise dekh kar, ham sab kuch bhul hi gaye. Hame shama kijiyega..."
"Arre, isme shama vali kya baat? Jab hamne Pratap ko aankhe kholte hue dekha, tab ham bhi sab kuch bhul gaye the..." replied Jaivantha bai. On this, everyone smiled. Ajabdeh looked at Pratap, who was smiling at her, then turned and spotted Rana Udai Singh on the other corner of the bed. She went and touched his feet.
"Jeete raho. Kunwar Pratap ki jaan bachane liye, aur unka itna dhyan rakhne ke liye aapka bahut bahut dhanyawad." She smiled and was about to say that there was no need to thank her, it was her duty, she had to protect Pratap, out of her love for Pratap and her motherland. Pratap was more of family than friend, and she could not let anyone in her family die. But she remembered at the last moment that everyone was told that it was Phool who had saved Pratap, not her. She was like, "Uski koi aav...vo...ermmm...ham...vo Phool ne...?" she went on stuttering. She didn't know what to say. She was constantly rubbing her hands with nervousness.

I am going away for two weeks, and even if get access to internet, i won't have the typed content. So sorry for this. So very sorry. This was the precise reason i updated the story earlier, so that the delay in this update and the previous one does not stretch to three weeks. Guys please please please leave beautiful comments so that when i come back, i do not get the thread dull, I get to see your smiles, and my smile inturn. Please please please guys...please comment. I so wanna see them.

Okay...i'll make up for my blunder. To cover up these two weeks...i'll leave you all with a new PrAja story...and i will also update my second PrAja SS. Is that fine??? Tell me if this is a good idea and i will post the links right here and on the first page as well, after i get a satisfying yes from you all. :)
