Makers convince Rajshree to stay back on show

Rajshree Thakur, who plays the role of Maharana Pratap's mother in 'Bharat Ka Veer Putra - Maharana Pratap', was thinking of quitting the show over health issues. A source said, "The sets of the show are quite far from Mumbai and almost three hours are spent in commuting. Many of the actors are forced to stay on the sets. The hectic timings took a toll on her health."
Rumour had it that Rupali Ganguly, Shruti Ulfat, Iravati Harshe and Narayani Shastri were being approached to step into Rajshree's shoes. But the actress has now decided not to vacate the slot after all. The makers have convinced her to stay back.

Rajshree told us, "I was thinking of quitting the show and had informed the makers about it, but they convinced me to stay on. This was decided Wednesday night. The sets of the show are quite far from Mumbai and commuting is not easy. We have to stay back on the sets many a time. These things were affecting my health, but now the makers have promised me that they will sort out the schedules and I hope that things will be better now."
