An extract from interview of Programming head of Zee TV who was answering questions on the other show and was asked about Maharana Pratap :

He first said general stuff like they are doing their thing and we are doing our thing.

Then he said "But we still have to get a count of the number of people watching Maharana Pratap

Their show's a success that's good. Why make such remark about MP? That too when both shows are not comparable in their theme? MP's leads are still kids! It's not a love story. And not even about a warrior and ruler yet.

Kind of tasteless remark.

I don't know about others but I personally have nothing against JA or its fans. It is the tasteless interviews of channel higher ups that are definitely problematic. They can enjoy their success but they have no right to take digs at other shows.

Well praise from politicians is nothing. MP has been praised by Udaipur royal family too. In its space it is doing well.

Others should mind their own business instead of taking jibes at other shows.

Both shows are different.

Teams should behave professionally instead of being cheeky. Cat fights suit fanatics. Not channel heads.
