Why Faisal engraved Aashka's name on wall?

The apparent spiteful on screen relation that Faizal Khan (Maharana Pratap) and Aashka Goradia ( Bhatiyani Bai) share on screen is getting quite platonic off screen.
Source from the sets informs that recently Aashka was dehydrated in the middle of the shoot due to the hectic schedule and was advised complete rest and was accordingly sent home."
"Aashkha's absence was greatly felt by Faisal and just to express his heartfelt concern towards Aashka, faisal engraved her name on a wall," adds source.
Both of them try to spend their time with each other no matter in which unit they are shooting for.
