First things first, a huge round of applause to Sony tv for having come up with a masterpiece in the form of Maharana Pratap.
It goes without saying how the cast n crew has managed to pull off the show with such conviction n finesse. Everything from sets to background score to actors is picture perfect.
Everyone seems to be in awe of faizal who plays the young Pratap and rightfully so. The rest of the actors who play various pivotal characters are all doing impressively well.
But the one person who impressed me most after the young boy has to be the actor who play Shams khan. Must say he is a powerful performer who has managed to get into the skin of his characters with ease. I'm really impressed with his portrayal of the evil Afgani General. It's surprising that his name doesn't feature among the popular actors on the home page of the forum. Most likely because he is not such a historically important character after all. I tried to Google him but couldn't get anything on the actor. Any idea about the name of the actor? Is he the same person who is featured as the person being chased by cops in the cadbury diary milk shot's advertisement ?
He seems to be a promising actor and would love to see him in a full fledged character( preferably negative, the man is unbelievably good at it) on some other show after MP .
