Though Jahangir was influenced by Noorjahan but his love & affection towards Noorjahan caused him heavy losses & pushed his empire into huge debts...

@ Nandiniraizaada, as far as I know real name was Harkha Bai... And marriage of Akbar & Jodha was a treaty between two rulers to save ppl from wars

There wasn't any love story. Akbar had 30 wives but for a long time he wasn't having his heir and Jodha gave him dat I.e. Salim... This name was derived from Sufi saint Salimuddin Chishti... Who blessed Akbar dat soon he will have his heir...

This lve story thing came up due to movie Jodha- Akbar... ashutosh Gowarikar made dat film, scripted it as a love story & casted Hritik nd Ash to leave its imprint on viewers mind
