Who should we contact to make a sort of characters' AT where we can discuss characters who were earlier in the show but aren't there now or who are doing cameo for now?

I think we should report it...the person posted same topic in all forums of Sony...at first i noticed it in cid forum, then the thread is closed by Mods...

Then where do we have to report abt it??
