Dev telling his mom as to how this girl knows so many things abt me, he tells mehek that if u give true answer then yr mom will come back, dev tells rishika that suhanas accident was no accident and searches for suhanas black diary in which suhana always notes everything. rishikas husband asks as to who would like to kill suhana - dev says its the girl who says she is suhana. In court, dev asks suhana what were u doing in goa and how did u go to nainital from goa, she gets frustrated and says i came from malaysia and not from goa.
Today :
dev says so u have come from malaysia - its interesting to hear names like goa, malaysia, nainital. your husband who u say is me, i went to america for my moms treatment and on my behind u went to malaysia. suhana says that she does not know how she went to malaysia. when she was at home, somebody struck her on her head from behind and when she opened her eyes she found herself in malaysia. she tells judge saab that she serioulsy does not how that happened. dev tells judge that to reach malaysia from nainital it takes 6-7 hours and being a doctor i can say that after getting hurt on head, nobody can stay unconsious for 6-7 hours. suhana says what are u talking, i m yr wife, suhana. dev says that u look like suhana and to get away from murder u are saying that u are suhana. my wife died in outhouse fire. suhana holds his hands and cries and says i m yr jaan, suhana, pls dont do this to me. dev is emotional and then holds up and says that yr marriage was as per hindu rituals, then how come u are not having mangalsutra as per hindu culture, where is it. suhana gets confused and holds her neck and not able to answer and says that i dont know where the mangalsutra is. dev says that becoz that mangalsutra is with me. dev then tells the judge that this mangalsutra was around my wifes neck when she died in my arms. As per the hindu rivaz, mangalsutra is always burnt alongwith the dead person at funeral, but i treasured it thinking ... and he keeps quiet.
judge asks suhana whether she has anything to speak. suhana says that yes she can prove that its her mangalsutra. then she aks dev that do u remember that when u were going to take maaji to america, my mangalsutra broke and i got scared, even we were not able to find my passport, then u went and got the mangalsutra repaired, then u told me that .. scene : where dev puts the repaired mangalsutra around her neck and says that i was not able to make yr passport, i think that maybe we should send rishab with maaji, suhana says that maaji trusts u, so u should go with her. i will go thru the days by looking at this mangalsutra which will make me feel that i m near u. In court, dev is suprised to hear this. judge asks dev that this girl answered whatever u asked her. looks like she is telling the truth, she knows all yr past relations as well as what happened between u too. now the question is if this girl is not suhana, then ? Dev asks suhana that u are my suhana isnt it ? suhana says yes. dev asks then u must be knowing that u used to write a diary, u always used to keep it near to u, so where is that diary ? suhana says that i dont know, suhana says that when i went out of the house, i didnt take it with me. she tells that maybe its on dressing table, or in cupboard, or in a bag, dev says that i searched the whole house and was not able to find it. maybe yr man stole it so u can reply to all my questions. suhana is shocked.
rathod gets up and says that dev has proved that this girl is doing drama of being suhana and playing with devs life. this girl is gunhegar and just becoz her face is same like suhana, her gang kept a watch and killed suhana. dev had told that somebody made attempts to kill suhana and this gang was the one who was doing it and this gang has burnt suhana alive and they thought that they wont leave any proof behind and they can replace this girl, but fortunately her family saved her although she died, but the family came to know the truth. dev goes and snatched suhana and says that she is murderer and she has killed my wife.
in the news, the broadcaster shows photo of suhana and the whole story, then they show their news reporter telling the whole story, and says that court has yet not reached any decision. she says that we are trying to reach dr.dev but not able to speak to him. the broadcaster says that Suhana-Lolita case has reached an interesting point and we will keep u informed abt it.
dev is upset hearing this news and goes to suhanas photo. Inspector Saksena sks Prosecutor Rathod that u had said that dev would be the weakest link in this case. Rathod says that i did say that but this court is like a 1 day cricket. After 45 hours, u feel like one team is going to lose and suddenly in next 4 overs, the team hits 4s and 6s, then the match changes. And dev not only proved that this girl is not suhana, but he also made the court believe that she is murderer of suhana. Saksena says that seeing the girls confidence we feel like beleiving that she is actually suhana. Rathod says thats why she is gunhegar, and u are inspector. Inspector is awed and says are u trying to give compliment or making fun of me. Rathod says if these people were not smart, then we would not be needed, then he says that the judge will give his decision as she does not have any lawyer nor any proof.
In jail, suhana is sad and inspector comes and tells her that somebody has come to meet her. Some lady is shown walking in red dress. Suhana is wondering who it is and sees her.That girl says hi, I m kamini, press reporter. Inspector tells her to make it fast and goes away. Kamini says that i can understand your position and hurt and would like to help her. Suhana says that nobody can help me. Kamini says that I can help u coz i know that u are suhana. Suhana is shocked.
Tomorrow :
Rathod says that becoz of people like u, we are able to punish the gunhegar and believe me from today onwards that girl who poses like suhana, will go away from yr life forever.
