Vishu hits Nihal... and Meenu says that today Vishu proved that he is her son... and Nihal tells Saroj that he saw tears in Megha's eyes... she takes Nihal to Megha's hospital and looks at Vishu.

Kukku asks nanda to call Megha... Nihal is taken in... and the doctor is treating Nihal... Nihal is uttering Megha's name. and Nanda and kukku are talking about Saroj's decision to get Nihal to Megha's hospital... and kukku tells Nanda that saroj has changed and that there is a truth and a belief in her...
Vishu talks to meenu and tells her that he does not want megha to go to the hospital... and meenu asks vishu if he has forgiven her and vishu cuts the call to see saroj standing behind him...
Meenu and megha ... megha asks for her phone... and meenu gives a sob story.. .that they are trying to convince megha to take her back so taht she does not get alimony.
saroj tells vishu that megha and nihal are made for each other... and saroj tells vishu that he is not doing the right thing... and he tells her not to be bothered... and she says if for your wants, you bother somebody that is wrong... and he says everybody can hurt me then? and she asks who has? and he says your darling daughter suhana and your nephew Nihal... he says they ruined my life (ha ha ha... what a joke... you did that alll by yourself buddy...!!!) he asks where was I wrong (Everything you did then was wrong...!!!)
He says he had also asked for suhana's forgiveness... she tells him he was wrong... he was wrong when he fasaoed suhana... when he married her... when he left her on the suhaag ka sej.. .when he had samband with a parayi aurat... and he says.. Saroj says that sahi to sirf suhana thi... hamesha... and she says that she agrees nihal came into suhana's life... but if she wanted, she could have eloped with him.. and married him... but she did not do this because she was right... she has always nibhaoed all relationships that she got because of him... and she says when sushma got pregnant with his child, suhana gave up everything and went away from everybody... she says she is proud that suhana has her sanskaar... but upset that vishu who is her son and has her blood in his veins does not ...
She asks Vishu to leave all ahamkaar...
Vishu says she is wrong... he says life will be beautiful when nihal has the same fate that he has... when megha leaves nihal just like suhana left vishu...
Saroj says that he is after all a mere mortal... and that he cannot do anything without gods will... and vishu says taht he will def break nihal and megha... and she will see... and walks out... Saroj folds her hand in a prayer.

Nanda again calls Megha...
uppal picks up the phone and meenu says that it is all a ploy... and asks megha to walk on the path that meenu has shown... she asks megha to decide whether she wants to be manipulated, or go away from there... uppal asks if he should receive the call.. and meenu tells uppal that the phone is megha's and that it is her personal thing... and megha cuts the call... and then megha cuts the call... and then walks off... kukku tries again and megha has now switched off the cell... Nihal refuses to take the injection ... and he says internal bleeding is more...
Nanda prays for Mata rani to save him.
Saroj comes to see nihal and asks if he is in lot of pain... he says he is fine now... she asks him to trust in god... and then says more than god, he trusts her... and she asks him to recite the mantra 'om bhagavathi vasudevay' till she returns...
Meenu is packing megha's stuff and she wants megha to leave before anybody else comes... and meenu asks megha to not switch on the phone... and megha says once she reaches bangalore she will do exactly what meenu says...
Meenu thinks that now megha has left and now thinking of nihal she gives a witchy smile...
Nihal is reciting the mantra... kukku comes to see nihal... and says she will come nihal...

megha's car is stopped by saroj... she remembers seeing saroj's photo with a haar... she says saroj maami... and saroj says that she is happy that megha still remmebers relationships... and megha tells that she is in a hurry... and saroj tells her that haste makes waste... and megha tells that she does not want to say something insulting to her...
and megha insults saroj.. .but saroj stops megha and says that she is not playing advocate to anybody but that nihal and her relationship is what brought her back... she says taht when she comes back, maybe she will not get nihal... and says that nihal is fighting for his life and says that he is megha's hospital and that he is refusing to get himself treated... and saroj asks megha to go save her love... her life... and says that Nihal was immature when he loved suhana... and asks megha to save her nihal... she also tells megha to do what her atma says... adn that if she considers nihal to be guilty, then to leave him, else to apnao him...
saying this she walks off...
megha is confused and saroj's words keep ringing in her ears...
