Thank you Maharaani ji. That's exactly my point.

You can wear a bikini at the swimming pool, that's not wahiyaat. But this peek a boo peek a boo with a saree (dn't know what to call it since it's just a petticoat and blouse really) is her attempt to mask her non existent acting abilities.

Go report all you like folks. When all of you are commenting on Shilpa's body, that's all hunky dory. But point out the elephant in the room, and all hypocrites are up in arms.

Did I ever comment on a woman's body? All day you call Shilpa fat and how this new Atre is so hot... W*F?

I'm not a blind Shilpa fan that's why I suggest they get someone who can really act.

I'm tired of all this Atre jaap as well. Don't tell me what to do... Tum logon ko itna bura lag raha hai then don't comment.

Show dekhna band kar do... what's this. Band karenge apni marzi se. Apni dhamkiyaan kahin aur leke jao.

All cyber bullies the lot of you Atre fans. Get a life and let people voice their opinions. You don't agree then ignore. It's not that hard.

Yeah, nor I am blind Shilpa fan...if you read my posts I severely criticized Shilpa for her selfish decisions and unprofessional attitude, but sad truth is she plays Angoori best and she is very talented...as she has left, chose someone who can act at least decently, then infuse the hot factor...if actors cant act, no amount of glamour can save the show...it is not about Shilpa or Atre, its abt a good capable actor to play the role...is it asking too much? We didnt bash Atre's clothing,we commented on Angoori's attire change, we care a damn what Atre does in her real life...but directly bashing shilpa's weight is in bad taste.

They were equally after me when I said the new actress cant act...it is our opinion and we are entitled to it...stop trying to force us to your views and let us express what we feel...all we want is a good actor who can convincingly play Angoori, it may not be Shilpa, but Subhangi is definitely misfit...Shilpa is the diamond in talent, lets bring an american diamond at least...not cheap imitations.

P.S - Shilpa = real Angoori, all others are cheap imitations..

And finally if we like or dislike something, we can appreciate or criticize and that's what this forum is for...what we should or should not watch is not decided by random people on internet...if we dislike something we give feedback, not leave show ..so stop trying to decide for us ...whether to watch or not to watch...it is none of your damn business.

The net dupattas or sarees are in fashion for quite some time now😆 Angoori is a character who is trying to imitate the city culture. For a city like Kanpur its not a big deal at all. That's why I love the character of Angoori. She is a progressive woman but she is still rooted to her own very culture.

Basically, there are lot of things on Indian television that dont apply to the real world.Talk about the show as an instance.

No Daroga will loiter around the same place everyday. Every Policeman has to report to his designated police station or any other office.

No madman acts like Saxena. He is way too smart for madness.

No man was ever born to have pre written notes for replying people as Pelu has.

No doctor can cure all kinds of health issues.

By your assessment, this whole show is wahiyaat which it is actually but then we all made the choice to watch it regardless. So now we're only negotiating the degrees of each other's wahiyaatness. 😆

What's your point with the daroga and all? I fail to see what you're trying to illustrate with all those examples. it's a comedy show.

yeah net dupattas are worn with suits and backless sarees or net sarees or what have you ...are in but there's a certain place and saleeka for these things.

But net dupatta with blouse and petticoat when the neighbouring lecher is loitering around your house all day?

My point is that the dress of the character has changed since the new actress took up the role. They're going for C grade titillation instead of A grade acting.

A forum is for discussion but some people gather in packs and bite and snarl at all those who hold opposing views. Chaure mein aakar nahin bol sakte yeh jhund mein firne wale.

Some people whould rather the forum was just a giant Appreciation thread.

Y dnt u guys understand... Shilpa hs left d show.. Shubhangi is our nw Angoori, Abt cloths I just wanna say that it's nt her personal choice the way director or dress designer wants to present her in front of us she is doing exactly d same..
so y every1 is criticising angoori's character for her dressing sense .. we never tell a man what 2he should wear rgt..

An actor's dress etc are decided by director/ producers and not by her. We may also remember that the show has a director who decides the way of saying certain dialogue. Sahi pakde hai dialogue he has taught Shilpa to say and not Shilpa herself created it. Now also he is directing Shubhangi how to dress, how to speak etc. There is no question of any copying. And if it is there, the director wants it that way.

We want good acting...less clothing is excuse for bad acting...but no amount of glamour can make up for bad acting, sorry and she cant act...so let her wear what she wears , but LEARN TO ACT.
