So basically groundwork has begun to put the blame of the future destruction that Maya will cause 😆😉 ...on Saanjh...😆

...as if Maya could not have wrecked havoc or killed Jhanvi/Suman/Arjun/Saanjh without entering the Sharma household 😕😆

Maya is not wasting her time! She already lost more than five years of her life!
And when she is letting Saanjh know her intentions both directly and indirectly, we know clearly what she is up to! Arjun is not finding courage to inform police! Is he capable of resisting and standing upto Maya's advances towards him?! Maya has no such moral barriers! She has in fact no barrier of any kind!
She can do anything she wants and no body is going to challenge her now!
Long ago, we saw a woman saddled with insecurities, constantly spying her husband for his 'meetings with his friend'! She was building her obsession -a misnomer for a superstructure she built & called as her beyhadh love- on a very brittle foundation of fear & insecurities!
Now, we find another woman who is also wife of the same man, witnessing some accidental conversations between her husband and his Ex!
Those circumstances are quite capable of misleading- one can get wrong impressions about them easily- but still, the wife looks cool and composed!
It is difficult to read Saanjh's reactions!
Is she naive & not able to gauge/understand Maya's intentions?
Or,she is very trusting and hence confident of her Duffer?
Anyway, Maya is trying to inject poison in their relationship both literally & figuratively!
It is only expected, though!
Will the trust of a wife hold good?
Will the 'will' of Arjun stay intact- refusing to budge, Maya's tempting passes at him?
Will Saanjh-Arjun relationship survive the onslaught of Maya?
It is a test for true love!
If it is true, it will!

Current track reminds me of the saying 'a stupid friend is worse than a clever enemy'

Btw a little confused maya wants to give pain to Arjun and does she want him back in her life after she thinks he has been punished enough 😕

@fernandes Arjun will not fall for that temptation. I am 100% sure of it. No he wont. Because if he falls for that, first his character is gone, second the truth will be that this man married Maya in S1 because he lusted over her. It was her beautiful body that attracted him. No Arjun didnt fall for Maya's beauty, he didnt fall for Maya's money. Yes he liked when it came with her, but that was not what Arjun liked about her.
He loved her intelligence, he loved her vulnerability, most importantly he loved the woman who never stopped trying. Trying to live, trying to survive alone in this world. He didnt accept her ring. He had not. And that ring had gone from the balloon, but when she tried to go with it, he pulled her in. He was not a man Maya could control. He was a man who saved the woman who was just about to pull both of them down. Again Arjun was the man who didnt tell to the world where he was, when he was accused of stealing copyright. He had protected Maya's honor.

He proposed her in his terms, in his ways, asking her to come for him, find him. It was under water. Arjun Sharma the angry young man is just a mask, from inside he is as cool as a cucumber. If you know how to manage him, he has the right warmth. One of the best scenes of beyhadh at any point of time for me was the colors Arjun put on Maya and the swirling around. Maya the colors love you.

@Ami Maya always tell the time for her death has not come. So at some point she will choose death. Death will be her choice. I feel she has come to die after taking her revenge. She has no plans to live. As she tells there is no motive for her to live.

Is Maya going to choose death, finally?
How does one read her one-sided dialogue(?) with Jhanvi," You chose death and I chose Zindagi" !
Be that may, Maya's strategy looks like to administer constantly, a slow poison therapy to her new hosts!
Her blatant hints to 'claim Arjun' as part of her 'comfort needs' while talking to Saanjh & later her attempts to revive 'pyar ka drama' with Arjun - 'aadha adhura wala pyar abhi pura hoga' dialogues etc-are all only going in that direction!!
Her verbal assaults are clearly not cobra bites but something like a scorpion's venomous sting!! The stinging pain will do for time being!! Later, her strategy could change drastically even!
Maya being the central character of show, perhaps she won't end-up as a bad loser at all! But, her unethical & illegal methods are certainly not going to win her games leading to a decisive final victory!
So, it will have to be, something in between!
Maya herself made the monologue - recently- that there are no clear winners or losers, in life, as everyone gets opportunity to bounce back!
The question, then really is-who will be emerging as the ultimate winner when life ends with no further opportunity to come back?

@fernandes if believe in co existence we will understand we all will win or rather we all will live. But if we believe in " I" the ego, the pride then collectively we lose as a society. Biggest power of Maya the illusion is " I" or your ego.
We all have " I" with us. if someone tells they dont have " I" then it is the biggest lie. As that is the fundamental quality of being a human.
The basis of the line in BG " I am everything and I am nothing " is " I". If you treat " I" as everything you are not the path of destruction, if you treat " I " as nothing also you are on path of destruction. If you manage " I" accepting its existence preserving what needs to be preserved, destroying what needs to be destroyed then life sustains. There is something between birth and death, that is life. There is something between past and future, it is present. Life thrives only in present. Past is creation, Future is destruction. The one who manages present becomes the change agent. That is why Samay tells walk with the time.
Nothing happens on its own. Power or Shakthi is needed for some action. First law of motion itself states that " Everything continues to be state of rest or of uniform motion unless acted upon by an external force" . The change happens, what you think that happens on its own is the external force. The force you are unwilling to acknowledge. If you dont make it, someone else is making it. If Maya the metaphor has to be killed " I" has to be killed. Coming to Maya the woman well what emerges when " I" dies will decide her destiny.

Philosophically, as you put it,
-if the woman Maya sheds her 'self or ego', it is her virtual death!
Her real death may or may not happen!
Is that, what I understand?
Fine!

Logically looking at it, . . . we may ask a few questions & then try to answer them !

What does Maya want, now? : Her badala!
What does it mean? : It means- making Arjun suffer with pain or unhappiness!
How does it work? : By removing one by one, his dear ones from his control or even life!
Will Maya be able to do it? :May be! but don't know, really!

Situation 1: Suppose, she does it successfully, will she be happy to see a sad Arjun?
If seeing Arjun sad is not giving her happiness, what is the use of her badala?
Maya is not happy before her badala, now even after completing her goal, if she is not happy, then what is the point of doing all these drama of badala? She is still ending up as a loser in spite of winning over her rivals!

Situation 2:
On the other hand, if she does feel happy to see a sad & tamed Arjun, it will be even worse! She is a winner but at the same time a sadist, a monster or rakshas allowed to have its way! That can't be a final outcome the CVs are planning to dish out to us, hopefully!

So, Maya's victory is not a desirable outcome, either way!

Situation 3: If she has to lose, she has to die! That makes her still a hero -or villain depending upon PoV- as she is only going down fighting all the way, till her very end! The image of Maya stays etched permanently in our minds even after her sad (or welcome?) end!

Situation 4:
If she does not die but simply sheds her "I' or self or ego", well, one is not sure if her true admirers would be pleased with! A tamed Maya is not having a purpose to live, even if some may suggest that she can re-start a new life!

Well, let us see how it goes!
By the way, it was an interesting discussion to have!

@Fernandes " I" is not just with Maya the woman it is with Arjun the man. If you look at the 3 men of Maya's life and put it in the plane of the 7 sins, Ashwin's sin was greed. And that greed did him in finally( if he is dead, I wont be surprised if he comes out of thin air as it is hindi soap 😆😆)
Rajiv's sin was lust and it did him in ( Again I am not sure whether he will come back 😆😆😆) . Arjun is not greedy or lustful. But he has pride and ego. His ego is a big inflated balloon. Maya has spared none.
If the bullet has to pierce Maya, first the sin of Arjun, his ego has to die, by that I mean a virtual death. Once that goes the keechad inside him goes and Maya cannot touch him and he can finish her off.

Maya wins as long as keechad is inside you. She tells right I dont like keechad, she picks on the keechad, trying to remove it. If Maya is winning, cleanse yourself so that she cannot pick the kheechad. Once kheechad goes Maya has nothing to pick. You have some out fire purified.

Neither Ashwin nor Rajiv could survive the fire assault. Arjun has to survive and that is why he is different from these men also that is willing to remove the keechad inside him. He understands Maya.

Maya's ego is her penchant to control or exercise her power over her dear ones! Agreed! She did wield her control over Jhanvi & Arjun before both had had enough!
True! Arjun was seemingly bull-headed for sometime!
But is he still boasting any self-pride, even now?
He was powerless to stop his brother leaving with Aarohi! His stature as a top notch businessman did not even assure or convince his own brother to re-think!
Even he feels the same way when his crazy wife Saanjeshwari Devi has now started treading a dangerous path & even putting entire family at risk!
He was always powerless in front of Maya both in love or hate! That is given!
Well , what is even worse-was the fact that he was totally clueless when an ordinary doctor could con him just like that & get away from him!
What more, he is becoming utterly senseless now by restoring his old drinking habits! A sure sign of his weakness showing its ugly head!
How can a man with all these vices get a peaceful sleep?
So, he is now going even sleepless, too! Truly, a pitiable state!
It is very hard to imagine him - a man made-up of some worth while self-pride or esteem!
