Why does Prem have to die, if he has to?

We do not know for sure if Prem is really going to die in one of the future episodes!
Let us assume that is the case & examine what purpose it can achieve in story's progression.

First of all CCTV footage might say only a part of the story!
That is Ayaan did not cause those injuries, including 'neck bite'!
Then how did it happen? Surely Maya & Samay are not going to reveal anything!
The medical reports are strong & genuine as the DNA samples matched with Ayaan!

So, how to prove the 'neck-bite' drama?
Maya-Samay connection via telephone link fizzled out without ringing any alarm bells!
So, the task is to expose somehow Maya-Samay criminal link!

If Samay is going to play dirty with Prem & succeeds in silencing him on CCTV exposure & that leaves some new clues for linking Samay in this conspiracy with Maya, then some hope is there to solve 'neck-bite' problem! But how this is going to play-out is not clear!

One thing is sure, it will derail Samay-Saanjh's Shadhi!
And Samay will be only happy to stop that function! But Maya will not be pleased with Samay if her plan is going to fail! Will the rift between them generate an opportunity for Saanjh to dig out their connection ?
And thereby expose 'neck-bite' incident as well?

We can only keep speculating, till the real drama unfolds!

I feel Samay and Maya's neck bite fiasco cannot be proved in the court. Since the case against Ayan has been closed, I am sure, all her evidences such as bite marks dna may have been disposed off. So there would be no way to prove that Samay's dna was also there on those bite marks. The only way people will ever come to know about this is if Maya or Samay themselves admit it that they did it.

Prem's death(if it happens), would be the darkest moment ever in Beyhadh history no matter who kills him. And with his death, I believe the war between the 2 sides(Maya's and Saanjh's) will officially start. Up until now, they had just been playing a cat and mouse game. But after that, the stakes would be obviously higher. And in that war, which side Arjun will support is something for which we will have to wait and watch.

Do you feel some explanation is still needed how Ayaan's DNA was found in those injuries, when no injury would have really occurred in the CCTV footage? CCTV footage would surely show injury-free Maya! But DNA of Ayaan on the injury marks still need explanation!

So, Ayaan will get a clean chit only if neck-bite & other injuries get explained properly! Agreed, Samay can not be implicated as the medicals would not have got checked against him!
But the medicals are to be proved as not representing the reality-that is Ayaan has nothing to do with injuries, in order to secure his hazel free acquittal!

Yeah, I agree, cctv shows Maya injury-free but later on she magically gets bite marks all over her body. Saanjh can atleast secure the acquittal of Ayaan on the basis of that. But I don't think we will get to see that anytime soon.. the cvs have their hands full with all kinds of drama (pregnancy, death) and adding another court case to it would just make it more messy. And anyways from the looks of it, the cctv footage is going to be destroyed soon enough before Saanjh gets the time to use it as an evidence.

CVs are not in a hurry to set free Ayaan & this track is running for six weeks now! I wish to think it is a major track & all other events are sub-tracks to bring about a major climax when the main track reaches its logical end!

The Ayaan's 'rape' track will expose some major things, whenever eventually it concludes! They are:
- Maya's vindictive mindset in framing Ayaan
- Her criminal link with Samay
- Her plans to sabotage Saanjh's life by planting Samay in her life/Prem's death if it happens!
- Her past romantic links with Samay & workings behind the back of Arjun
- Then torture story of VM
- if Jhanvi opens her mouth even Ashwin's killing & Maya ka 'Sach' in childhood can emerge

All such revelations will lead to, breaking the back of Camel & finally Arjun will wake-up!
