Source of the file will be questioned. If Maya has a good lawyer first thing she or he will ask will be from where Saanjh get that file. Saanjh had degraded Maya so much in previous hearing to the extend she went on record to say rape hua tho nahi, so personal vendetta can be taken and source of file will be asked.

Saanjh has no answer to that. Arjun might know the truth and will take action against Maya. That will happen. But in court what Saanjh did will fall flat.

Anyways that was what VM and Saanjh wanted also. Prove Maya bad and mad for Arjun. They will achieve that.

Saanjh is going to get a blank drive and is going to be accused of attempted murder.

@samaira who should have paid attention. Defense lawyer. Even Samay's testimony could have been used in Ayan's favour if Saanjh was defending Ayan than proving Maya bad and mad. Instead of calling Maya giri hui aurat, aisi aurat, vaise aurat if she had asked for CCTV footage, if she had put Samay on the stand case would have been different.

@chandini I forgot about the CCTV. Yes that CCTV blowed up, hope the hard disk is not destroyed. If it is destroyed then as you rightly said the source is gone and it will be really difficult for Saanjh to prove authenticity.

@samaira the goal has to be justice for Ayan. Not proving Maya bad and mad. Problem is Saanjh is collecting evidence needed to prove Maya bad and mad. Even yesterday if she had the brain to think of proving Ayan innocence, she would have thought as Ayan's defense lawyer who need to show the source of the file she is sending.

When that warning came file will be formatted she would not have told, who cares, instead would have thought about whether it will be available in hard disk and then send the file. Verifying the source exists was very much important in that scene if you are thinking as a defense attorney.

But if she wants to prove Maya bad and mad to Arjun her actions are in sync with that goal.

Court case was screaming and screaming, it gave me headache at times. What should have been a thrilling show of twists and turns with interesting proofs and how those proofs are interpreted it turned out to be emotional drama in the end.
