Khushi even if we assume that Maya was indeed pregnant, let's give her the benefit of doubt..still Saanjh should't be termed as a criminal...I have given the reason in the above post.

So physical assault on women should be forgiven.

Nobody here has said that physical assault should be forgiven...all are totally in favor of Ayaan getting punished for manhandling Maya

Maya framed Ayaan...He shouldn't have been punished for a crime he did not commit...for manhandling yes but certainly not for rape attempt

we should gladly support Maya if atll all it gets proven that she was telling the truth.

But if it gets proven that she did frame Ayaan then she must be punished coz Ayaan deserves justice in that case

As simple as that

Saanjh was wrong she shouldn't have touched Maya but I am not sure she can be called a CRIMINAL...She can be called wrong and rightly so but a Criminal? too harsh in my opinion...I am not sure what u have quoted will apply in this case

What if a girl falls from stairs and has a miscarriage due to her friend's accidental shove...Will she be called a CRIMINAL😲

Let's say if some kids are playing Kabaddi and one of the kids gets a little physical unintentionally and the other kid gets hurt...will the kid be called a CRIMINAL even if it was unintentional !

Let's say in a match of cricket..it recently happened too and it is a real incident..a bowler bowled a delivery and it hit the batsman and the batsman received a very serious head injury and unfortunately he succumbed to his injuries...So, will the bowler be called a CRIMINAL?

If the push was intentional then definitely it will be a CRIMINAL ACTIVITY not when it was a mere case of accident and even unintentional

@red depends on what the situation is and what her friend feels about the situation
@blue causing physical pain and causing death (intentional or non intentional) are a way two different things.
@bold there are a no of cases in a cricket match which leads to minor and major injuries and death too. They look into the case whether it was intentional or not (for example if the bowler was off spin or wrist spin )I don't have enough knowledge of cricket but I guess they need to sign some documents before coming to field related to these issues

My only point is shoving someone unintentionally how can that be called a criminal activity
It can be termed as wrong but not criminal.
Do u really think the girl will appeal in the court coz she suffered miscarriage due to her friend's accidental push..and if she does what will she say in the court ? that coz of my friend's 'accidental and unintentional' slight push I fell from the stairs nd had a miscarriage...the friend didn't do it deliberately at all...do u really think she will be termed as a criminal...I am not sure if court will call that friend a criminal and punish her...Infact if there could be any legal case in this matter I am not even sure of that.

Crime of highest order is "asking witness not to come in the court for one hearing to prove TRUTH"???.. confused..confused..confused.. Seriously???🤢 This is highest order of crime, then what is rape, murder, and false accusation of rape..
Till now people were overreacting on this rape accusation that Ayaan should be punished..Saanjh should die because she is lawyer against Maya.. Now when its proved that Maya trapped Ayaan, these people are downplaying Maya's dirty games.. This is beyond me to understand... Now conveniently Ayaan still is guilty because he touched Maya..

As now it is clear that Maya did frame Ayaan . I hope those who were saying that Maya didn't frame Ayaan and she was saying the truth accept that what Maya did was wrong and deserves punishment for framing a man in a false attempt to rape case.
There is no harm in accepting the faults and flaws of a character even if he or she is a favourite.

What Maya did was absoultely wrong and there are no 2 ways about this...no doubt whatsoever.

Correct...So who has raped whom in Beyhadh ???
Everyone here knows it was physical assault n not rape...What's the point of writing big theses on rape when no rape has taken place...

N when it's proven that it was a fake rape accusation by Maaya, I hope all members ripping Ayan apart come forth n admit their folly...

You are talking like Saanjh " par rape to hua nahi.."

So you think that attempt to rape/manhandling should be forgiven?

You go to rescue your brother who has been drugged and abducted. You see him tied up in a locked room, and the kidnapper is not giving you the key to the room. If you try to get the key and get involved in a fight with the kidnapper (leading to her sleeve being torn and you falling on the kidnapper due to her kicking you), why in the world would it be considered a rape attempt?

Attempt to rape and manhandling are not similar things
Ayan should be punished for what he did (manhandling) not for what he didn't attempt to rape
