Vandana: did she not mentally torture maya by throwing garbage at her slapping her(by mistake), telling to go back to her paagal khana. This is also a criminal offence

Yes Vandana was wrong - Agree

Saanjh deliberately killed the child - Disagree
How can u be sure that that it was deliberate. Of course i will say that it was an accident coz that is the logical explanation

Saanjh asking Samay not to come to court was wrong - Agree
But whether it will be termed as a criminal offense or not I can't comment coz I don't have complete knowledge about this specific law.
Here one also has to consider that She had 'asked" and not 'forced' or 'obstructed' Samay not to appear...It was Samay's free will too to not appear in court as well.
Here both were at fault

I didn't say it was deliberate. We all saw it wasn't deliberate, my apologies for not writing it correctly.
Here both were at fault- totally agree

Pl correct me if i am wrong but Saanjh can't be termed as a criminal for Maya's miscarriage coz it was an accident, unintentional and in no case deliberate

Things you get to learn everyday. First, Saanjh is a crminal because she failed as a defence lawyer. Yep she's incompetent but criminal? *facepalm*
And then a crime is not a crime if the victim 'forgives' or 'forgets' or just simply doesn't have the guts to report ? 😆

No one is above the law. Even if according to you, Maya is a psycho, cheater, killer etc - she does not deserved to be raped. No one can take law in his or her own hands so Ayaan attempt to rape cannot be justified at all even if Maya drugged Arjun( that's another crime )
If I follow your logic, people who rape girls sometimes do it because for example they wore short clothes ( which is a crime for them) and so they want to punish that girl and rape her. However bad a girl is in your opinion. you don't have the right to rape her.

what she did was extremely wrong and as far as her being criminal is conserned just becoz Arya hasn't filed anycomplaint against her she isn't less
And i found this- Whoever causes death by doing any rash or negligent act shall be punished with imprisonment, which may extend to two years, or fine, or with both

Correct...So who has raped whom in Beyhadh ???
Everyone here knows it was physical assault n not rape...What's the point of writing big theses on rape when no rape has taken place...

N when it's proven that it was a fake rape accusation by Maaya, I hope all members ripping Ayan apart come forth n admit their folly...

I am not sure if a person falls by an unintentional, accidental push from other person and suffers a miscarriage then the other person will be termed a 'CRIMINAL' especially when it was an accident and unintentional

Saanjh was wrong she shouldn't have touched Maya but I am not sure she can be called a CRIMINAL...She can be called wrong and rightly so but a Criminal? too harsh in my opinion...I am not sure what u have quoted will apply in this case

What if a girl falls from stairs and has a miscarriage due to her friend's accidental shove...Will she be called a CRIMINAL 😲

Let's say if some kids are playing Kabaddi and one of the kids gets a little physical unintentionally and the other kid gets hurt...will the kid be called a CRIMINAL even if it was unintentional !

Let's say in a match of cricket..it recently happened too and it is a real incident..a bowler bowled a delivery and it hit the batsman and the batsman received a very serious head injury and unfortunately he succumbed to his injuries...So, will the bowler be called a CRIMINAL?

If the push was intentional then definitely it will be a CRIMINAL ACTIVITY not when it was a mere case of accident and even unintentional

The way Maya's character has been shown, you guys honestly think Maya would have Saanjh let go so easily if her pregnancy had been real/or if Saanjh had actually been responsible for the miscarriage had it been real?!????

So physical assault on women should be forgiven.
