Let me understand this whole dramatic courtroom drama

Saanjh did not felt like watching the cctv footage or what
If she had asked for the full footage and if she was saying the truth, the case would be over there and then provided she was saying the truth

Then she does not feel like knowing if any medical has been done or not
She surely knows Maya wouldn't go through it like lmao

And for the showdown, did she really expect that prosecutor would leave eyewitness out of the case.
Also, doesn't she know that prosecutor gives a list of eyewitnesses to her, or maybe she also felt like not checking it.

Are mahanta ki murat, aaj ki birbal, meri Einstein ek baar cctv footage nikalwa ke toh dekh leti

Even I wanted to make a post on this. Did saanjh really prepared for the case???? What kind of preparation was this??? She was busy thinking of maya's psychoness 😆 maya the wife, the boss etc etc.

Firstly as arjun said there are cameras every where and there is a cctv room, first thing saanjh would have done is asked for footage, second thing she should have thought if maya can arrange for a fake ambulance and a doctor then why not reports???😆

Thirdly when maya stripped she would have asked a female inspector to verify if they were real in private.

Maya's mobile phone could be checked.

Lastly she should ask that how did she got so many scars in the body whereas only the sleeves and the back was torn.

Saanjh se Acha to mein case ladh sakti hun😆 though I am not a lawyer😆

@bold- exactly !! saanjh shud question herself .that vamp is hell bent on ruining arya marriage. it was like she was fighting a diviorce case. getting into arya personal matters n their crazy marriage stories. who wants to listen to all that? instead of focusing on proving ayaans innocence, she is focusing on Arjun maya life. shitttyyy lady.

PLEASE shut down that law school in which saanjh attended.

Sometimes I wonder if we viewers can apply brains then why can't the CVs.

Exaclty what was Saanjh thinking...why it didn't occur to her to check the CCTV footage when she was aware that Maya had installed CCTV all over the place.

Why it didn't occur to her that Maya is manipulative enough to tamper the medical reports

And yes why it didn't occur to her that police will summon Samay in court...she should have prepared how to counter what Samay Saw rather then asking him not to come to court as if it was in his hands and police are brainless who will not summon the sole eye witness to the court.

Also who called the police..did Samay bring the police along with him.

This was the dumbest court trial ever shown.

The lady judge and Saanjh simply looked like fools...A court gives verdict based on evidences...and to remain unbiased and not get driven by emotions is the norm..but that lady judge got so influemced by what Maya did...on top of that Saanjh's weak defence.

I hope Saanjh appeals in high court and this time prepares herself better to fight Maya's manipulaitions and save Ayaan.

I am not expecting anything from duffer Arjun😆

But Saanjh the great 3 episode se ArYa divorce case ladne mein busy thi isiliye Ayaan ke case ke liye time hi nahi mila

Yes that's what I felt irritated, what did even sanjh fight for does she even know?

Sanjh ego was too much that she was hell bent to break ArYa ma than proving ayan innocent.

If she took the CCTV footage then ayan wud have got less punishment.

And what kind of drama is that taunting maya for her personal vengeance instead of the case infront. She truly has gone mad.

Anyway I don't think maya framed ayan completely. Ayan's physical assault is also wrong but this has become attempt to rape bcz of sanjh only bcoz she couldn't able to defend her client at all.

So if by chance Maya would have had even bigger psychological issues and put a concealer mic (which she did tried), everything would be so much against Ayaan.
That is , Ayaan's dialogues prove him far from innocent

Second is his expressions. I don't understand if these people can see Maya smirk then why did they miss Ayaan's lustful expressions, and then when he could not look Arjun in his eyes or the time he was hell scared when Maya was stripping

Third is when Ayaan decided to take the keys inside her clothes
Even If Saanjh the genius would have proved the theory, unfortunately Ayaan would have been booked for attempt to rape as the intent can be challenged and court cannot help but have faith in actions which would be Ayaan tearing her clothes apart.
The only case where this could have been avoided was that Samay or police have not come, Ayaan would have stripped Maya naked, took the keys and wouldn't have raped Maya. In this case he would have been charged of sexual harassment only.
The only way Saanjh could have worked it out was by saying he was beating the hell out of Maya as he was angry and nothing else. The key theory got Ayaan into big trouble as his lawyer herself accepted that he was ready to tear every shred of Maya's clothes to take the key. That statement was in itself enough to get Ayaan in jail for attempt to rape.

Lastly, the Medicals . There is no 2 way about it either Maya tampered or Ayaan really did it. He did bit her, it was his bite, end of the story and end of Ayaan.

What Ayan said does not show in any way that he had any sexual intent. You can misinterpret it however you want, but that doesn't change the fact that taken at face value, his statements mean nothing. Anyone would have said the same things if someone abducted their brother or child, regardless of the kidnapper's gender.

The court doesn't work based on things like "his eyes showed this" or "his expressions showed this". All I saw in his eyes and from his expressions that he wanted to rescue his brother at any cost (which anyone of us would do).

Are you joking or what saying court can't see expressions. I am not saying court seeing those expressions, I am saying Ayaan being innocent is doubtful due to these things.

And by the way in case you are not following the show, the court has given its verdict all thanks to your super genius lawyer saanjh who was busy degrading Maaya and could not collect one evidence.
On top of that asks eyewitness to runaway, like who the hell does that.
If Saanjh was sure of her truth she would never do that.
She knew Ayaan's case and she made it worse
