Yesterday's episode made it clear that Maya made Ayaan fall on her and framed him.

At worst, it was a case of physical assault, not rape or molestation.

It should be clear now though.

Medical evidence being tampered

Cameras being destroyed

Maya kicking him

Samay arriving with the police at the right time

Maya paying those women to yell at Sanjh

That is just short of Maya going around yelling through a speaker that she framed Ayan.

I'm not referring to the smirk scene. Rather, it was the scene in which Arjun and Maya are lying in bed and Maya is thinking to herself about how she would go to any extent to ensure Arjun remains hers. She has a flashback about the night Ayan came over, and it was clearly shown that she thinks about kicking Ayan on the foot and him falling on her as her result.
