Also people forget that loyalty to your husband is the greatest virtue for a woman. When faced with Samay and his advances Maya passes the test of loyalty towards Arjun with flying colors. That dharma of her will finally come to her rescue once her crimes are paid for.

Saanjh fails in that test completely. While engaged to one man, she pines for other man.

@bold: That is the point. It is not only Saanjh who fails the test. Even Arjun fails the test because of the restaurant & the Holy scene.

Maya 's win at this stage will not help story's progression! It will become 'happily lived after' & end of story!

True. She must be made to face the truth stripped down to its bare essentials. This is required in order for her to go through Purgatory and emerge as fully healed.

Beyhadh has 3 seasons. In other words, it has got 3 sets. Maya won the first one. If she wins even in this, it means she wins. There won't be any need for the third. If Saanjh & the Sharmas win this one, it will be the best of 3. So the third season will be the deciding factor. Whoever wins it, they win the game.

samay test to Arjun is think about the one who can't live without you..Arjun indeed thought about Maya..But he has to trace back all the way back to Maya as he has taken away all the power Arjun posses..It's a tough battle for Arjun to get back Maya..
I still believe Arjun doesn't love Saanj..He loves her as his friend only..It's becox of Saanju feelings, things r looking awkward btw them..He is selfish..He chooses people as per his convenience..He said I love you to her but also mentioned will come to you whenever I ve issues with Maya...For me he is selfish,he is unfit for love...Selfish people don't ve morals or loyalty..

Yes, well, if someone comes with the intent of theft with a knife in the hand and pounces on you with it even though he is just intimidating you and has no intentions of actually murder he still gets the attempt to murder.
Even if Ayaan had no intent of raping her, it felt like he would. But I wonder what he really intended. Even if she had the keys, did he felt he could simply rip apart her clothes and do a search inside her clothes. That would be a sexual assault!!

Yes, the 'knife' is very much important here. We saw 'knife' in the shadow of the picture but actually we don't know what the real picture is. So the 'knife'(what we thought looking at the shadow) could be something else. A feather also looks like a knife in the shadow. 😊

The shadow was shown to us by Maya.. not the real picture..

Yes, Maya's wrong actions cannot be justified. Who is even trying to justify them either?😆 In fact, we all say that she should be punished for her crimes. As for the serial killer, she is innocent unless it is proved in the court. However, you cannot run a relationship singlehandedly.it needs both the hands be it the parents, in-laws, spouses & their surroundings.

@shruthiravi, he isn't a child, and when he again and again took Vandana's side, he wasn't a child. Arjun had to intercede for Maya one on one with Vandana, but Ayan, remember "Bahu who is ready for anything for Saas to accept her. And on the other hand, Saas, who doesn't give her Bahu a place even in a washing machine "- it's a mockery. Vandana didn't hear this, but it was heard by Maya and she was hurt
His attitude towards Maya - at first he liked her, then when Dusky entered the picture he abruptly disliked her, and he didn't even thank Maya for having pulled him out of prison, then he began to like her again, and now
Ayan is very jealous that Vandana loves Arjun more. He constantly reproach in this Arjun. And Vandana always forced Ayan to go to reconcile with Arjun, because otherwise she could not get Arjun back into her power. Ayan instrument for his mother, who knows how they lived these three years?
With Maya, everyone does this, each one again and again puts her back into the past, each becomes a new Ashwin, and Arjun, too

I am actually waiting to see how Samay will unfold. Piyush so far is doing a great job and when he appears on the screen he holds the screen. Other characters are irrelevant. It is like Krishna in MB. Even though Arjun is there, when Krishna is on the screen your eyes wont leave him.

Agree, Samay the character is needed to show the right path to everybody. I like Piyush too. He is an awesome choice for the character Samay.

The judge sitting on the bench felt she simply felt she had to jump from the train. It ignored the girl who ran the length and breadth of the compartment to escape the rapist, it ignored the injuries on her which the rapist gave her while smashing her head against the door of the train. She jumped to protect her honor. Her head hit the railway track and she was half dead. Govindachamy raped her in that condition. Since the court felt she died due to the injury of falling on the tracks Govidachamy is not murderer.🤢

IKR? Its easy to say because the intent was not to murder but to steal, so it is theft. But how will you prove what was the intent of the accused at the time of incident? What about the victim, who thought he/she is going to loose his/her life? When accused, one will try to defend oneself, and in doing that they'll most probably lie. So whom to believe then?
