Suspect list means in the eyes of the police & the law. Maya, Arjun, & Jhanvi are there on the suspect list. What Isha is trying to say is, the one who is not on the suspect list of the cops turn out as a killer. And the law does not suspect anyone else other than these 3. Expect the unexpected.

They are legally wedded but if Maya had to drug Arjun with the intention of having s*x with him, she would have spiked him 2 or 3 years back or after Holy. Why would she wait for that much time? There is a difference between just sleeping with someone and having a forced sex with him. Ayaan has got good intentions to bring back his brother but just because Maya drugged him & brought him back to her place, was it necessary for him to dirty his hands for the so-called psycho lady (if I have to use your language)?

Maya may be portrayed as psycho negative but is it necessary for the other so called white characters to dirty their hands? Maya has done a lot of wrong things but what others are doing is extending them. All I want to say is 2 wrongs does not make one right. A white character is supposed to be the way it is.

So in this case, both are wrong.

Maya drugged and abducted arjun then she tied the drugged arjun to the bed, she was hugging and sleeping on drugged and tied person and this is what makes the scenes disturbing. Now what she would with him overnight Idk. We can't forsee her intention though it's really stupid to tie a drugged man just to hug. But that is together another topic in which is not needed.

But even being romantic by tieing and drugging a person against his wish is crime.

But that pervert Ayaan should definitely go to jail under 'sexual assault'. He can't touch, bite, tear off clothes of any other female as he pleases. Lucky that he lives in India, in Saudi he would have been stoned publically for touching other people's wives, and threatning them with rape.

In Saudi you need four male witness of the actual thing to be convicted, here only Samay (1 person) saw it so Ayan would have been let free

It's in India that Ayan would be actually punished

Yes Maya tied arjun up and made him look vulnerable and that was wrong

But she didn't rape him. It's not like she tied him up, ripped his clothes off and went in for the process whilst he is drugged. Such thing never happened.
